Excellent service from the team here. Had new tyres recently fitted to all corners, and fortuitously took out the extended warranty. The warranty is worth every penny, as 21 days later I got a puncture. The tyre was replaced free of charge in less than hour. Tyres are very competitively priced as well

I took my car today to have an MOT and the service I experienced was exceptional. Firstly, I had to last minute rearrange my MOT which they accommodated without hesitation. Secondly, Not only did my car pass but they also superglued the top of the gearstick head that had come loose and was on my to do list for quite some time! Thanks again to Martin and the rest of the team. One happy customer!

I’ve been to Halfords twice now and their customer service has been excellent! They’ve made it beyond clear they’re not just trying to rinse the pockets they can… especially being a young female. I’ve unfortunately had this happen at many local garages! Both times I was served by the manager down there and he always explained everything so well. The first time I booked a free car check as I knew I had a headlight out… they replaced it for free! Just a couple of weeks later I had the engine light come on my dash, which I assumed was linked to a fault I was aware of. I booked a diagnostic check online, they took a proper look at it and removed the light on the dash, they weren’t certain of the fault but said it was the type of work they do anyway. But either way they explained well what they had discovered and refunded the diagnostic booking! I won’t hesitate to come back, the manager and his team seem to be doing a great job down there!

I had a full service of my car here and was very pleased with the service I received. there was quite a few things wrong with my car and there fixed all the problems promptly and with great care. Martin was very friendly and helpful - all the staff were very friendly and quick to help. They helped me understand what was wrong with the parts of my car which needed fixing. 10/10 would recommend going here.

I went into the Halfords shop looking for new rims for my tire. That's where I met Marcus (I am sorry if I have gotten his name wrong) although he did not work at this shop, he worked at the Halfords Auto centre, he gave me advice on what rims I should get. After purchasing he told me to come to the autocentre, where he'd help me to put on my new rims. I drove to the Autocentre, he saw me quickly and even did a few checks on my car. When I asked how much I owed, he told me nothing. I really appreciate the time he took to help me and how friendly they all were

Took my car in for its MOT and it needed some repairs, I was kept informed by Martin who was extremely helpful and explained what needed to be done to pass its MOT, he kept me informed during the day, he was very polite and they even managed to get it done on same day which I was very pleased about.

Thanks to Martin and Sam for an efficient and prompt MOT. No attempt to sell me anything else I didn’t want and perfectly polite. First time using them for an MOT and I’ll certainly be back as they were a country mile better than the other local alternatives I’ve used.

Had an MOT at the Ipswich branch. Staff were very polite and friendly. Although the car failed the MOT, the reasons were fair and valid. I had the repair done elsewhere (although to be fair the Halfords quoted repair price was only £30 more than I paid at my local garage) I took it back for a retest within the 10 days indicated and passed within 5 minutes of the re-inspection. All in all a very good service. Recommended

i had a great service from halford, there were some delays but i was kept abreast of what was going on, Martin went above and beyond to help, offer advise and discounts with my vauxhall astra and i am happy i chose this place first time to go.
will def make it my fav go-to place

The service I received was excellent. The guys are very reliable and trustworthy. It was mainly Martin who was dealing with me and he was really helpful👍 I recommend very highly and will definitely be using this garage again.

As a woman taking my car for an MOT can be challenging but I was pleasantly surprised by the Professional and timely service I received . I’m somebody who knows a thing or two about cars and asks questions🙂. My car had a full service and MOT . The price was affordable and well worth it. They were very professional regards to the service.
They were more than happy to let me leave my car and collect it in my convenient time. The person on the phone was very polite and the staff on the counter was cool as well. Kudos to all the halford staff for making our life easier while working in this pandemic .

I booked my car in for an MOT, I wanted to be able to book and pay online and Halfords was one of the garages in Ipswich giving that option. It was cheap too. The process was really easy, booked a time and paid online, took car in all very organised and clean with social distancing measures in place. It was the most straightforward MOT I’ve ever had done. Definitely recommend!

Visited this store on Thursday with my daughter as she needed replacement headlight bulbs for her vehicle. The service provided by two male members of staff was outstanding. Both went out of their way to assist and were extremely polite, knowledgeable and did the job in two minutes! Fantastic service would definitely recommend.
