I mis-fitted an aftermarket sun strip to my car from a website, ended up throwing it away, but decided to purchase a new one from hfords, although they were unable to fit it, the lovely staff here did suggest some helpful tips and talked me through the process. As seen in the picture, it looks good and works perfectly, only slightly shorter than the actual sun visors in the car.

Great service from Ellie, really helpful, polite, friendly, a credit to young people and providing good old fashioned customer service. She clearly wanted to learn in an area where she was a little unsure (batteries - there are so many!) asking for help to make sure I got the right information. Store manager was on hand to assist, ultra friendly too, talked me through the different options and went the extra mile to assist :-) Great job Kidderminster Halfords.

I recently bought a 'Rear Cam' from them and I fitted it myself. However it wasn't working and the staff tried to help me with trying other hardware, until it worked out to be something so simple to do. They have made me aware of a silly mistake, that I'm not the first one to do, and were so understanding. Thank you for your time everyone.

Rang the store at short notice for bulb fitting on an eClass @ 7p.m. Web says MB main dealer fit for left hand side and spoke to Ali who said bring the car down. By 7.30 Nathan said cars ready both bulbs replaced (left dip was out) with 200% brighter. Great service from these two guys and night visibility is much better. Thanks a lot.

Halfords kidderminster, the guy there named "Malcolm" is amazing, I came today really stressed out because of information given to me from my breakdown cover regards my car. Malcolm checked my car and has saved me so much money, he is so kind and honest and very professional. Please do something good for him, he must be a high valid member of staff, and an amazing technician. He made my day go from rubbish to top tier. I can't thank him enough for how much he helped me today.

Excellent service today whilst buying bikes. Daniel was really helpful, spending time explaining the best set up for my wife and myself. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Made the experience much more straightforward.

Popped in on an Friday evening to get an new battery and to have it fitted there and then and was also offered the free 10 point check as part of Halfords Motoring Club perks (the the ordinary level membership not paid for). Sorted efficiently and promptly, screen wash topped up, wiper blades checked, bulbs checked, tyre pressure topped up, battery replacedand fitted. Would use again.

Big thanks to Tom today for going the extra mile with finding a duplicate tyre for my bike. Very friendly very knowledgeable and good sense of humour. Always had great service from the cycle dept. Excellent reps for the company!

Treated my Synch ebike with care, was worried but when I picked it up everything looked fine and brakes all sorted. Worth getting your bikes serviced here.
