I visited to get a free bike loan through a scheme funded by Swindon Travel Choices, enabling people to get started on bike commuting. I had arranged an appointment to visit and was greeted by friendly enthusiastic staff who supplied me with a bike fitted to my size and the accessories I need. The service was efficient and friendly and I even got myself a sandwich and a drink! Brilliant! I will definitely be back when I need to buy a bike!

I have tried most of the bike shops in Swindon and this one is by far the best. Excellent, knowledgeable, trusteorthy, reliable and and friendly service. If you need any work done on your bike (including Dutch bikes), visit them. Thanks guys!

Excellent service by friendly and efficient staff and amazing value for money. Definitely the place to go for bike repairs and servicing. They have just repaired the brakes on our Grandsons bike and it was done the same day. Thank you so much Recycles Swindon

I totally 150% recommend this shop - with its amazing staff and the Recycles business concept is one that everyone should support. They are so efficient and helpful, unlike other high street bike shops plus they never pressurise you into buying a bike, they try and find one that's just right for you. Recycles have been my shop of choice for about three or four years now - I wouldn't buy a bike from anywhere else 😀

Staff are exceptionally helpful and it's always the first place I think of in Swindon when my bike needs some TLC.
---Update 06'18-- have now used RECYCLES on numerous occasions and the level of service every time is 1st class.

Good to do business with - I was able to reserve a (really good) bike via email in advance and get equipped with repair kit (just in case, no charge unless I actually used it), etc for a multi-day rental. Friendly and fair - thanks for helping with a fabuous UK vacation!

Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable... why buy new when there are so many good second hand bikes out there. And it's for a good cause as well!
