Lovely B&B and Fiona really looks after you and a great selection for Breakfast.
Room upgrade was a real bonus although I assume all rooms are of the same high standard.
Perfect if you are visiting Thursford or the Norfolk Coast. Highly Recommend 👍

Just come back from a fantastic weekend. Stayed at Reeds Barn B and B. The room was amazing, very big, beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view of the pool and gardens. Fiona was an excellent hostess, we had tea and coffee facilities in our room, but Fiona still made us fresh coffee when we came back to our room. The breakfast was delicious and so much was laid on. If you are thinking of staying in or around there I would say make Reeds Barn your 1st option.

From our arrival to departure everything was wonderful!! Nothing was too much trouble for Fiona, we were made to feel thoroughly at home in these lovely surroundings. The food was truly delicious, with a varied menu to choose from. The home-cooked breakfast certainly set us up for the day!! Luckily the weather was amazing so we were able to enjoy the outside pool followed by a relaxing sauna. It is a GREAT PLACE TO STAY, perfectly positioned for visits to Wells, Holkham, Burnham Market and Blakeney. We will definitely be going back soon and recommending it to our friends and family.

We had the pleasure to stay here for a week and it really wasn't long enough. The barn is absolutely beautiful as was the warm and friendly welcome from both Lorraine and Fiona. Their local knowledge is invaluable when planning holiday activities but it is hard to tear yourself away from the barn! We are back home and reality but will definitely return one day and would highly recommend a visit. Thank you to you both. kind regards from Paul and Ruth

This is a quality B & B. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot praise it enough. It was very comfortable with 2 log fires in the living room area and the dinning room. The hostess was friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic place. Owner very helpful, even got a fridge out for us to keep our drinks refrigerated for when we got back from the Thursford Spectacular. Rooms spotless and very well appointed. Can't wait to go back in summer so I can make use of the swimming pool and sauna!

It was excellent great location like very few other B&Bs as it had wonderful facilities with its pool , sauna and large lounge area . The bedroom was very good , breakfast a real treat with excellent service at all times . The only problem was that we only stayed for one night and wished it had been for longer !!

Absolutely delightful stay. Hotel was wonderful, the pool and grounds are quite breath taking. Staff are the crowning glory of this hugely enjoyable experience - lovely friendly people who were as warm and friendly as they were efficient. Would recommend this lovely place to anyone. Can't wait for my next visit!
