Would definitely use again. Ordered an Equidry coat which was dispatched the same day and arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately it didn't fit so returned and ordered another..which again was sent same day and arrived within 2 days. Refund was also given almost immediately first coat was recieved back. Impressive service would definitely recommend.

Just want to say the packaging of the coat I purchased was outstanding.
Coat came in it’s on zip lock bag the outer packaging was of the correct size for the coat no rips or holes in it

Being an avid albeit amateur wildlife photographer I needed wellingtons good for walking in all terrains, warm, and naturally waterproof.
I took Hannahs advice and selected Aigle Parcours 2 ISO Anti-Fatigue Wellington Boots, so comfortable, a good fitting boot felt more like a pair of walking shoes/boots.

What an excellent, helpful and efficient place this is. Rang up to get some advice on Wellington boot sizing. The lady I spoke to advised me to go a size down for this particular make. I then went ahead a purchased the boots. Less than 24 hours after placing the order the boots were delivered. Outstanding service and delivery.

I live approximately 40 minutes drive away from Chelford farm supplies. There are other retailers in my area which stock Stihl and Husqvarna tools. I go out of way to this store because the customer service is second to none. Ben is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you with choosing new equipment.
