Very friendly staff and great selection of stuff.

Quite pricey but you can find natural chews and on-the-counter medicine for your pets so it's great to have it locally.

We visited the Reading branch today to look at upgrading the cage for our Syrian hamster. We were served by Patrycja who was excellent and very knowledgeable about hamsters and how to care for them and keep them entertained. It’s the first time we’ve been there but we will definitely return for all our pet needs. Thank you.

Took my cockapoo for teeth cleaning and I'm very pleased with the result. They took all the plaque off from the front teeth, and a lot from the back. We'll come back for a follow up soon

Really fantastic shop. Would go as far as to say it's the best pet shop I've been to. Really fantastic selection of equipment, food, supplements and grooming for dogs. High quality, natural and organic. Well worth the price for what you get when compared to larger franchises. Lovely staff all of whom clearly love animals. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Did not use grooming service, but watched a wee dog getting tidied up and it looked like it was in a high end spa. Highly recommended.

Great local shop for us, we visited prior to getting our first rescue dog. Unlike other larger chains locally the store is bright, tidy and laid out really well, a nice place to visit with plenty of choice. Even though we were just looking as to what items we may need at that stage, the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help. They equipped is with a "starter pack" of leaflets to help guide us,, gave us advice and didn't pressure us at all into rushing to buy items. A great shopping experience and really friendly, knowledgeable staff.

this is a great place to go to if you want a pet or any supplies for them. The staff talk you through things about caring for your pet and what things are best for it. they also spend as much time as you need and at the appropriate time when you are looking around they help another customer. we were served by Tom and he was genuinely caring towards animals' welfare over company profit. i gave them five stars because you can ask them many questions and they always answer at the correct speed and make sure that it is very clear and easy to understand.

THE most friendly staff. Free and ample parking, groom room included, and vets next door. Recommended!

Fantastic shop with amazing staff who really know their stuff. Lots of high quality pet supplies at fair prices. Puppy socialisation classes every Saturday are a great idea 👍🏼

All staff very helpful and give good advice if you need help. Special thanks to Tom for being a good listener too when discussing the complicated issues endured by my elderly cat. The shop is always spotless, has a great range of non-food items required by pets and wildlife of all shapes and sizes, as well as staple and special foods. The layout of the store makes it very easy to find products if you are in a hurry and the availability of parking space is a bonus. Thank you!

We only came in to pick up some treats and I traduce our puppy to a shop, to find that we're so warmly welcomed, received an absolutely ton of valuable information on suitability of treats for the age of our puppy without any obligation to purchase. What a great pet shop with a wide range of products for your pets. The staff were so friendly and helpful and advised us on the best food for our 10 month old cat. Our cat liked the food and it was gone in no time.
We certainly will be using this store as our prtshop of choice from now on. Well worth a visit!

All staff members have been super friendly and take a personal interest, remembering me, my pet and my family each time we return. Lovely, clean store and practical advice if ever I have a question.

We visited this store before homing our adorable little 2 year old tabby. We were seen by Liz who was incredibly helpful telling us all about different beds, food, toys, litter and so on. The store itself has a good range of items, and the pricing certainly seems competitive with the likes of Amazon for many things. Thumbs (paws?) up from me.

We are expecting our puppies home in a couple of weeks. It has been a good few years since we last had puppies. The team at Reading North Pets Corner couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful. We caught them at closing time and yet they still made us feel welcome, un rushed and went above and beyond to give us tips, and invite our pups to socialisation classes that are open to all and free. Thank you team. We will see you in the next couple of weeks!
