I was served by Yath as my husbands phone was overheating and he needed a new phone we could take away today. He has been so helpful and patient with us to provide us with the best phone possible for our budget. He listened to all our needs and wants. He also organised for us to trade in our current phone and get money off the new phone and he managed to provide us with some free accessories. Absolutely amazing service - couldn't recommend enough

Water being miss sold a roaming in Egypt pack that I couldn’t possibly use, Yathi came to my rescue. He was very professional, extremely helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable about everything. He deserves all the respect as he went beyond the call of duty to resolve issues that 3 should NEVER have allowed to happen in the first place.

Whenever I come to this store I am very pleased with the service especially a staff member called Roshni, she speaks my language and whenever I go with a issue with my phone it is always easier to get help from her, my English is not good and this review is for her for all the help she has provided me in last 3 years! I am giving it to my grandkid to write this review for her as my written English is not good either! But thank you for all your support Roshni, May God bless you always for helping people like us who are not good with technology!

Great experience today, Rosh and a male colleague whos name i didnt get sorted out a replacement sim within 5 minutes of me arriving. I had had issues previously trying to get my sim card and if not for them would have cancelled my contract and gone elsewhere. Do not normally post reviews but am really happy with the customer service i recieved. Employees in store such as these two need to be recognised as they really make a difference. I was unhappy with previous visit and after calling customer services as advised was disappointed with the apparent lack of interest in helping resolve my problem or keeping me as a customer. Am very pleased with how quickly i was helped in store and the two friendly and approachable staff who were there. Thank you 😊

It's simply fantastic experience at the 3 UK store. Like to mention about Mr. Amar, he is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very customer friendly. He steps into customer shoes and understand the problems and gives the best solution.
3 UK should be proud of having a employee like him.
