Did a warranty claim for me on a Giant I didn't buy from them. They tried to get one my size but a major retailer had bought all the ones in my size. The frame swap was turned round fast, and no tuning was required. A great service.

What a brilliant team! They have set me up with the perfect bike for me, carefully fitted and adjusted by Craig - I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience at Spokes, ready to help and to make sure you get what you need. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Craig and Christopher were so helpful when I needed to kit my bike out for my first 50 mile sportive.I went in with no gear and no idea and left with the perfect solutions for my bike and lots of advice. The result is I feel much more confident with my bike and I completed the 50 mile challenge easily. Thank you.

I recently sought advice on an ebike. I genuinely didn’t know much about them and was worried I was potentially picking the lazy option.

The advice a was given by the guys in the shop in Dundee was fantastic. I was given all the info required to help me make an informed decision.

Bike fit session made such a huge difference in comfort and tailoring my body measurements to bike. Well worth spending the fee for 2 1/2 hours of expert assessment, which has really improved my cycling performance. Thoroughly recommend.

Took my daughters bike post lockdown as I wanted to ensure it was assembled correctly as it was my first time assembling a bike. I was advised approx 4 weeks (halfords were also the same) due to covid 19 backlog so was pleasantly surprised to receive a text advising the bike was done within 10 days. Really friendly team in store and highly recommend.

As usual delighted with the recent service provided by John and the rest of the workshop team. Got a great new carbon racer and they spent time to combine the components of my existing bike with the new one. Feels like i got two bikes for the price of one! Thanks again lads.

Recently bought a secondhand hybrid from Spokes and am really impressed by their commitment to good service, value for money and efficient, friendly staff. Would recommend for those looking for anything from a simple, cost efficient bike to those looking for top-end equipment.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, very appreciative that handing my bike in this morning I was phoned this afternoon to say it was ready to collect. Great advice and support definitely THE place to go back to.

Always a pleasure; helpful staff, knowledgeable mechanics and even though you might pay a little more than you would online for parts you can be guaranteed that the guys will make sure you get the right bits. Have serviced (and sadly had to extensively repair) most of my bikes with timeliness and professionalism.

Great friendly service ,on my holidays up from England ,had a problem aligning my brake pads they helped me out in no time at all.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Good selection of bikes to buy or rent. They know the good places to cycle in Dundee and the area. Fixed the flat on my Brompton quickly on Saturday afternoon.

Had a few issues I couldn’t get to the bottom off. Took advantage of there pick up and drop of service and got a bike returned to me that was genuinely better than new as the bike has always had a few niggles. Niggles No More
