Asda Caerphilly Superstore

I went to Asda last week to have a personalised Birthday cake made, after being told the printer was broken a lovely lady went above and beyond to help. After a second attempt the print was perfect. I think Tanya Davies from the bakery section deserves a mention, she is a credit to your buisness!

I go to Asda now only.to get stuff I can't get in Aldi. Their kids' clothing is great and wears and washes well.

Easy to access entrance and exit - friendly approachable staff who are happy to help. Good range of products, items easy to locate, well laid out with wide aisles - excellent customer experience

Our local supermarket. Good for most things we could ever need and it has a great clothing (George) area too. We use their clock and collect a lot and wev want to single out sing the praises of Doug who works there most Mondays. Always polite, helpful and eager to go the extra mile.

Really friendly store, it was like visiting a local village shop, everyone was stopping for a chat, good bargains. Very clean and tidy.

Great selection of items,especially sweets and cakes. They have a Krispy Kream store inside and a cake shop. Their own bakery section is also great, wide selection of birthday cakes, bread and desserts.

Excellent service and produce, great parking facilities , a great supermarket to shop at.

went in with the intentions of only buying some snacks but came out with a cheesecake, two cake slices and a cupcake from ‘the cake shop’ - the woman behind the counter - who i believe said her name was Noia? - was so so lovely and was the perfect example of great customer service!

Breakfast before work brilliant. Cleanest toilets anywhere. Staff friendly helpful. The cleaning manager should reward the staff there spotless facilities. Good selection of lines. Fresh pizzas. What's not to like. Cheapest fuel prices locally.

I shop here everyday for my elderly father and disabled brother ,the staff are always friendly and helpful I can only say it's a pleasure to shop here thank you 😊

I was served by a lovely young lady called Latisha, she couldn't do enough for me.
Fantastic customer service.

She was very down to earth without being false.

Always a good experience, very good quality fruit and vegetables, freshly made pizza, cooked chicken, in store bakery,plenty of parking

I just want to say a massive thank you to delphi on the pizza counter today the has the best customer service and is really good at her job unlike the experience I normally get on this counter from other members of staff as the other team members try putting you off ordering a pizza by saying it is a 45 minute wait which I replied that's fine and the huff,
We need more people like delphi!

We only really use asda for click and collect as it's easier to do online nowadays..but the staff who bring your shopping out are always friendly and happy..

Have shopped Asda , Caerphilly for over 25yrs. Good selection of homeware, electricals, groceries and clothing items. Late opening pharmacy, fresh bread and well stocked delicatessin.lovely helpful staff and most important their aftersales service is faultless. Very convenient to park and fuel is relatively cheap. I would definitely recomend this store.

Brilliant social distance measures, we usually go to cearphilly asda if we need anything from the pharmacy or anything like infracol or calpol because its always in stock, i would highly recommend travelling the extra distance just because of the products they offer

Express breakfast disappointing. Plastic knives wooden spoons paper plate. Over priced. Service ok so not the stafffas fault. Won't be returning for a breakfast here.
