Went in to the coffee shop on Tuesday for lunch, we had a lovely bowl of soup and some lovely fresh bread, followed by a warm chocolate brownie and ice cream, it was delicious. Bernadette also made me a lovely sandwich to take home on the Thursday, thank you very much, highly recommended.

Lovely coffee shop the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a flat white and cappuccino both were excellent and the range of light snacks are great. Will visit again

Lovely café, with gorgeous home made treats. Enjoyed a very delicious generous portion of carrot and ginger cake and enjoyed browsing the homewears and cards.

Sorry to disagree with previous reviews but our experience very different. Coffee was very bitter (despite adding sugar I couldn’t drink it), toasted sandwiches very basic and service mediocre.

I am sorry but as I had no right of reply in this thread (below) I have come back to re-comment, mainly as you have sadly made this up. There were three adults in total when we walked in and at no point did any child 'climb' anywhere. Your toy was at the level of a 3yo and she simply reached for it, never climbed. If you have toys at the level of a child then I am dreadfully sorry but a child will tend to reach out. You didn't have a conversation, you just told us off. It was all rather off-putting. Sorry, the pub down the road was lovely, as was the village, but once in a while we are all driven to leave a + or a - review and this was all pretty shabby. Sorry.

I have included your reply, below:

-- I’m sorry you are disappointed with your visit to Epiphany and decided not to place an order. I’m also sorry we had to have a conversation to ask you to lightly supervise your child when they climbed into the large glass window for a toy. The health and safety of children is paramount to us.

Terrible place if you have kids. Rude to the parents and the children.
