I have been using Brookdale for around 6 years and now have 3 properties that are let and managed through them. For each property I have always found Brookdale very professional and efficient. They are thorough at searching and validating suitable tenants, efficient in all contract negotiation and documentation and also continually follow up on tenants post contract to ensure that the property is being properly maintained. At contract renewal they provide appropriate advice based on current market conditions to ensure that they correct rental is agreed. They are also supportive of the tenants when there are any issues which results in a healthy relationship between tenant, landlord and property management. This has also led to long term tenancy for the three properties that Brookdale manage on my behalf which is very important to myself to avoid any gaps in occupancy and loss of income as a result and I feel that they offer good value for the services they provide. We were also fortunate that Brookdale kindly offered to sponsor a local grassroots football team in the local community last year and the Hampton FC Under 13 Yellows proudly wear their kit with the Brookdale logo on!

Reliable, helpful, informative, caring and look after tenants as well as landlords equally.
We have always rented through Brookdale as far back as 2008 in 3 different properties.
They are understanding of our needs with my husband am working permanent nights so are accommodating when inspections are due.
Inspections are very thorough and any concerns they have are reported straight back to the landlord.

It was a beautiful experience working with Brookdale Property Management Services Ltd recently to rent a 3 bedroom apartment at Strawberry Avenue Bretton, Peterborough. From our initial conversation, they exhibited a high level of professionalism in the way they explained everything regarding the rental process, deposit, house inspection, etc.

The house inspection was smooth as I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and saw the agent already waiting to take me round the beautifully designed semidetached house with a spacious garage, garden, 3 rooms/ 3toilets, for inspection. I’ve been a tenant through Brookdale since nearly 7 years !
Being a dog owner back then I called all ( and I mean literally all ) letting agencies in Peterborough.

We were so desperate to find a place to live without having to give up our pets. Brookdale has been so understanding and wanted to hear from previous agencies on how the pet situation had been before giving us an answer . This already is a massive bonus point . Surely I’m aware it’s not always in the agencies hands however their approach has been nothing but perfect !

Repairs & maintenance!

Anything I’ve reported over they years was resolved within a matter of days . Never was any repair or issue not taken serious .

When it came to rental increase , the timeframe kept correctly & also dialog was made between landlord & myself the tenant to find a good, suitable and acceptable solution for both parties .

If I’ll ever move from this current property I’d hope to stay with Brookdale as a letting agent because I feel heard & seen as a tenant .
