I've waited until last to leave a review, before reading all the bad reviews just to see if it's true what I was reading. Let's say this: Katy from Cloverbrook was very kind and helpful from the first day we've met. She ensured everything was easy so that we could move in ASAP. And while renting we had a small issue with the water pressure, they fixed that within days.
As for the reviews complaining about losing their deposit, piece of advice, they (cloverbrook) are professionals they'll give you a tidy house you must give them back a tidy house. What do you expect, others to fix and clean after yourself? Don't leave damages around and you will be fine.
Looking to rent? call the office and ask for Katy and she'll sort you out.

A great independent agent for tenants.
After over 20 years as tenant of Cloverbrook, I think I can say that I have never had a problem that they weren't able to resolve promptly. My deposit was returned within 2 weeks with no hassle

Indeed I am delighted with the prompt, and pleasent attitude I recieve whenever I have had the need to seek their assistance, with queries about maintenance of building, water/plumbing, or anything that comes with the property
I find that the continuety of staff is a real GodSend, as I feel lucky to be dealt with by the very same people who welcomed me here, and who still answer my every whim (when I'm quite sure they have much better things to do)
I particularly enjoy the visits of Cloverbrook's Kate, who never misses the oppertunity to check in with me and see if 'All is well'
With all the 'hype' now on 'social media' about 'rogue landlords'
I feel blessed to know I am treated as a valued tennant by a very 'caring' landlord

My experience with Clover brook Property Management was hugely positive. Katy was really helpful during our entire tenure, She was very prompt in assisting any issues related to the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They came up with random fees and took a large chunk of my deposit. Definitely avoid! They also accessed my flat at the time without my permission.

The review from Gelu looks to be from a staff member. Property was cleaner than I received it. Definitely not professional. Accessing my flat without my permission was the biggest red flag. Horrible service.

Unless you don't want your deposit back after cleaning it in a better state than when you arrived, don't bother.

They'll take your money, refuse to give it back to you when you should be owed the full amount after spending hours of cleaning it to a high standard, using their own recommended professional cleaner to give it the once over and they'll still find a fault.

Not to mention that the bins were always overflowing, smelling, overgrown trees which don't allow you to park your car anywhere. Absolute joke.

The most diabolical service from an agency before even being able to view the property. An email confirmation was received for a booked viewing and when the agent didn't arrive within 15 minutes of the time agreed, we called the office. A lady told us her foot was hurting and moaned about having to attend the viewing. She also claimed the viewing had not been booked, despite the email confirmation. Her attitude was atrocious. When we politely asked if we could rebook for tomorrow she said she would "let us know later" and never bothered calling back. In absolute shock and can only pray that the owner of the property sees this review and instructs somebody else to let out their investment. Speechless.

Terrible agency. will try to keep deposit money for faults that aren’t there. Even when the property was cleaned better when leaving to when moving in. Absolute joke. Steer clear if you can.

Bad service.
Communal bins were never cleaned in the 4 years I lived there.
Trees were so overgrown you couldn't park underneath them.
Unfair charges when deposit was due to be returned.

Shocking service do anything to keep your deposit and Bill is such a rude man honestly you will not meet anyone as rude as him PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!
