Cannot thank James enough for all he has done. He has truly dedicated time and effort, and listened to our thoughts and ideas along with our budget giving us the best he could.

This is a family run business and him and his wife aut to be proud of themselves.

Our kitchen is beyond amazing and the quality is just fantastic. The whole team of fitters etc are all polite and helpful. Any issues James solves it and has supported/ designed me and my partner the right kitchen for us. Made use of all the space. Very happy. Far better than any other companies we viewed.

Please support James and his wife with ikan family run business and I hope you smash it.

Being new to the area, we were unsure who to pick, to kit out our utility room. I always try and use local tradesmen, so when i checked google, a few names came up. I then went on local noticeboard, asking for recommendations and Ikan came up. James came round at very short notice to have a look at the job, which was much appreciated. We told him what we wanted and showed him some photo ideas, he also came up with ideas of his own. He measured up and went away to do a cad drawing. The drawings were sent very quickly and after a few minor alterations, we had exactly what we wanted. There was a 10 week wait for installation after confirmation, but that went by in a flash. Installation day arrived and many workmen turned up to start the job. Some were just there to help carry the heavy stuff i think. It took two or three days to fit all cupboards etc and in between that, a guy came out to take template for granite tops. He would be back to finish off a week later. Our utility room is now finished, thanks to Josh and his brother. They did a great job and i would definitely use them again if required. We now have the poshest utility room ever, thanks to Ikan kitchens 🙂

We were fortunate enough to extend our house in summer 2019 and needed a kitchen to utilise the new open plan kitchen / dining room area.

iKAN were recommended to us by a good friend and, having browsed their website, we arrange a consultation meeting with James in their showroom. Having looked at various kitchen styles, and enquired elsewhere, it wasn't a hard decision to go with iKAN. They offered something different to what we had seen elsewhere.

James worked with us to design a kitchen that had everything that we were looking for in a busy family home - practical units and space utilisation, matched with a stylish finish. With every attention to detail, our dream kitchen was designed for our approval, with genuine passion for what they do, and with that it was a pleasure.

The process from initial meeting to fitting was delivered with the highest level of local, friendly customer service and James's and Louise's personable approach reassured us every step of the way. The CAD drawings were a bonus, as was James's patience with my requests for more wine storage. We have been so impressed that we are also working with iKAN to design a new home office conversion - which will be perfect for working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic!.

Professional, friendly, experienced and trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We were recently introduced to James at Ikan Kitchens by the joinery company we had selected to fit a new kitchen. From visiting the showroom, to having the home visit for measuring, to getting the design and the kitchen ordered took less than 5 days. Really impressive. James certainly is experienced in providing solutions, working to your budget and advising what will and won't work - this knowledge prevented any issues during fitting which was the acid test. The lead in time from the German manufacturers was also only 6 weeks from order to delivery which for a "made to order" kitchen outside of the UK is impressive. We were also impressed with the quality of the kitchen offered, how robustly it was packaged (no damage), the fact that each cabinet came with its own fixtures pack and that worktops were pre cut/mitred. No hesitation in recommending this independent and local business. Thanks James - we are delighted with the end result.

Over the moon with our new kitchen it’s everything we envisioned and more. James has extensive knowledge of the industry and was extremely helpful in guiding us towards the end result which is fabulous. James has just completed our kitchen and we're very satisfied with the quality of his work and attention to detail. The kitchen looks great! We wanted to re-use our granite counter tops which James managed to do - I hadn't realised how difficult this was! Very well done .
