A rare commodity now, a proper Game not ruined by Sports Direct. This one is a good branch and the 3 for 2 deals are still unbeaten. Shame they no longer do 7th gen games anymore though. Id never touch CEX again if they did.

Very polite staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Went to CEX next door to purchase a game but they were very rude and condescending. So came here instead, although at a higher price, it was worth it with their kindness and knowledge on everything

I collected a PlayStation 5 yesterday and had to return it today as it had a fault. The guys in the shop were very helpful; especially Andrew and I was given a replacement this afternoon. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Not just games..was looking for a "new" phone for my wife and found the assistant that approached us really helpful. They have a large selection of phones and tablets in their window and finding one the right size for her took some time. In the end we came away knowing what to get without being pressured on the day. Well done will be going back with a bigger budget.

One of the few stores that's been around for as long as I myself have been, GAME always has a great selection of video games and themed merchandise (a seperate setup for Pokémon and Lego products, for example). The staff are friendly and helpful, always able to check for items upon request. Pretty much my first choice for games, accessories and TCG products.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Always good customer service and plenty of games in stock. Sometimes cheap deals on sale, just have to time it right
