Carnivorous plants & other interesting unusual plants from stock plants! Really helpful chap with loads of info & free car park. Pricing for some of a the plants are a little high but really good condition so worth the spend. 🌱

Very impressed with the variety of plants and at a respectfully good price, a great location as its quite a microclimate heat trap and obviously the plants love that. There are some amazing tropical specimens and very pleased with the quality of the plants I bought. Will definitely go back. An added bonus is the cafe opposite also has a unique and plentiful array of plants and garden ware to offer also at a good price. Well worth a look.

As the weather wasn't that good today we decided to stay local, we took our dog for a walk around the back lanes from where we were having our holiday. We headed for Creake Plant Centre only 2 miles from our Caravan Pitch as we had been told that the food here was good. On first impressions you could tell it felt very homely and the staff were very friendly. On arrival they bought out a bowl of fresh water for our dog and a treat which was a nice touch. We decided to sit outside as we had the dog and there was a choice either under cover or out in the weather. There were plenty of tables to choose from, we were given a menu and was asked what drinks we were having. I had a Coffee with Cream which was very nice as I am fussy when it comes to Coffee and my wife had a cup of Tea. After looking through the menu we both decided to have the Full Breakfast we were asked Brown or White Bread for the Toast, 2 slices of Toast each was included in with the Breakfast. I know what you are saying but Toast is normally included with a Breakfast, not so if you go across the road to the Ostrich you have to pay extra. After a short wait the food arrived and it was really good, 2 Bacon, 2 Sausages, 2 Hash Browns, Fried Egg cooked to perfection, a large Flat Capped Mushroom, Tomatoes and Baked Beans. It took a while to finish it but it was piping hot and very tasty. The price I Paid for 2 Breakfasts and 2 Drinks £21.50 which I think is excellent value and I have no problems highly recommending the Plant Centre at Creake.

Well what can I say but amazing! This plant centre is one of the best I have ever visited. The variety of plants is phenomenal, some which I had only seen in books or on TV. The selection of carnivorous plants took my breath away. Definitely well worth a visit.

I live around the corner and occasionally l walk my dog there in my spare time and always walk away with something!
I was looking for a particular climbing rose and they didn't have it in stock but the staff looked in his book and help select a similar one he had in stock for me which l think was even better. Highly rated.

Great old school nursery. You need to have some basic plant knowledge to shop here as it has slightly more unusual stock.

Brilliant, I love it there and they have some of the more unusual plants. Great choice and advice. Go with a plant list and see what happens when you ask.

The problem here is you just want to buy it all! Some unusual plants, so if you dont like things that your "normal" garden centre stocks, come here and see what beautiful plants they have in stock.

A great place to buy everything from a lovely rose to something more unusual. Plus visiting at different times of the year is a must as the plants available are always changing.
