The Lawns Rooms

First time we stayed here really lovely room. Would have been better if you didn't have a 5 minute walk to the Feathers for your dinner and breakfast. Also if there was a bar to have a drink at night.

We spent a lovely 2 nights here. We wish it could have been longer. We stayed in one of the garden rooms. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely shower room. Fluffy towels. Tea, coffee, biscuits, bottles of water were replenished every day. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. 👌

Lovely big room nice shower very quiet and off road parking, good value compared with some establishments in Holt . Recommend 😁👍

Great place to stay in North Norfolk. We stayed in room 8 a large comfortable room with large bathroom. Breakfast excellent with a wide variety on the menu. We ate in the restaurants a number of times during our 6 night stay and the food was superb. Staff very welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend The Lawns

Great location and rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast served at 8am which is inconvenient for most business people but they are helpful if you ask for cereal and milk the night before. They have an iron board and iron and shoe polish etc so quite useful service

Fab food. We turned up early and let us change seating to sit outside. We were offered the full menu. The kids meals were a good size - they loved their burgers. They even brought out a happy birthday dish and sang happy birthday to our children😄 they loved it

We came here as a group of four for evening drinks - wonderful hospitality and ambiance.
We also over the same weekend came for Sunday lunch - excellent food and service. The best three course meal we have had in a very long time. Highly recommend you visit The Lawns if you are in Holt.

Delicious food and very friendly service. We sat in the conservatory which was nice and bright, along with our 2 dogs who were made to feel very welcome. Quick service with a smile. Overall a very nice experience, would recommend.

Brilliant food. Have eaten here twice now and the food has been absolutely delicious both times. The vegetarian burger is one of the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Called in for lunch today 28th August where we are regular visitors after shopping in Holt. Comfortable bar area with a nice ambience & welcoming staff. Innovative menu & an excellent lunch. My wife, a retired nurse, was impressed with the small bottles of hand sanitiser on the tables & mentioned this to the very pleasant Manageress.

A light and airy restaurant with bar (and also accommodation) conveniently located in the heart of the popular North Norfolk town of Holt. Staff are friendly and service to a large group who had pre-ordered was timely and efficient. The food was very good and a decent selection of drinks was available. Well worth a visit.

Lovely Hotel, stayed mid week for a night. Welcoming at reception with quick check-in.
Booked for dinner too which was really delicious. Various options for brekkie - had the Full English which set us up for the day. Would certainly recommend a stay here or at least, book a table for dinner!

These guys were utterly fantastic. Despite our error of booking the wrong place, they got 10 of us seated at short notice. The drinks were quick, the food was amazing and the service was great

I am fortunate to have travelled the world and eaten local food cooked by locals. The King Prawn starter was the best I have ever had, and the Thai red curry was outstanding. This is a hidden gem with a superb chef cooking everything from scratch. An absolute must

Loved the Lawn Rooms - our room was spacious and nicely furnished with a huge bed. Helpful staff, free parking and great location. Dog friendly too - included a dog bed and treats!

What a great place.
Just been there again, and again we were not disappointed.
The staff, the food, the setting and live music, of which the Matt Strafford Band was playing. Phenomenal Duet to say the least.

We just had a meal here for new years eve, with our two children 5yrs & 8mths. Food was wonderful very tasty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, talking to the kids and letting our baby crawl around. Made us feel very comfortable. Will visit again. Thank you

just had a great 3 day break here. Hotel is very clean and covid friendly with every care taken. Room was lovely with plenty of space. Food was great, plenty of choice and exceptional quality. Breakfast choice was amazing. Stayed in room 2. Would definitely recommend and wiuld return.

We had a wonderful couple of nights stay at The Lawns in Holt, Norfolk. Homely hotel room, wonderful, delicious food, attentive staff, relaxed and quiet atmosphere all added up to us having a great time. We would recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future.
