I spoke to Ross telling him about my issue, and three days later he arrived to look at the problem. He brought the replacement part just in case, checked out what was wrong and fitted the mid-position valve in no time at all. No more leaking water in my loft, and no more threats of damage to my kitchen ceiling. Efficient, a very reasonable invoice, friendly and honest, would recommend him to anyone.

We’ve just had a tricky job expertly completed by Ross Sutherland and his team. They did exactly what they said they’d do, on time and to the (very reasonable and thoroughly explained) quote. They left no mess, were careful with our house and are animal friendly. Excellent. I have used Ross and his team before and definitely will do again.

Brilliant!! Ross was on time and has great knowledge, fixed a problem I had been having for three weeks. I had two plumbers out for the problem and both couldn't find the fault! Had a Adam the Plumber come over and deal with a damaged u-bend. Prompt, polite, made good suggestions on replacements and dealt with the problems efficiently and effectively. Would highly recommend others to use Sutherland company in the future especially with emergency plumbing (and far better than Check-a-Trade).

Came to replace a sink tap, the same week I rang, and Adam, business partner, did a good job at the price quoted.
I then mentioned a blocked toilet which turned out to need replacement. This was completed the next week. Very professional and polite.

Mixed bag really. When Ross came round to quote I asked for some radiators to be installed and also explained that our heating system made some very loud banging/dripping noises when it was on. On the day the work was done the radiators were installed well, happy with them. Didn't seem overly interested in investigating the heating issue, seemed more interested in getting to the gym. Result is the issue is still as bad as it was before and I'm now looking for another plumber/heating engineer to come out.
