Tails & Tangles give absolutely amazing service. We took our puppy for her first groom a few weeks ago and they handled her with such care. Bonus: she smelled incredible afterwards 🥰

Can't believe anybody can give this business anything but 5 stars rating. I have been taking my two springer spaniels here since Julie first opened and have had nothing but the highest quality customer service and my dogs always look amazing. I can't compliment her enough and will keep coming back. I love the fact she alway asks what type of cut you would like every time and delivers with perfection and really makes my dogs feel at ease. Prices are competitive and worth every penny. Can't say more than that.

It took me a long time to find someone I would trust with my cocker spaniel, but when I found Tails and Tangles last year it was worth the wait! As their website clearly states, the welfare of the dog is their primary concern at all times, and the salon is open plan so you can see the equipment they use and how they deal with the dogs. I have recommended Tails and Tangles to a number of people, all of whom have been as impressed with the service as I am.

Super friendly service and very well priced. Deals with my little dog when having his nails cut despite him being nervous. She's swift enough that it minimises the stress for him
