Ginnie had her first groom age 3! She loved it, Jackie was absolutely brilliant and did exactly as I asked. Ginnie is no longer a scruffy spaniel!

4 months on the waiting list and I’m ecstatic to have had our first appointment! The introduction and instant rapport between Jackie and Gwen was beautiful to witness. The results were outstanding. Absolutely loved meeting Jackie today. My pups are both 10 and have never been to professional groomer before. Jackie took the time to fuss and meet them before I left and when I collected them both pups were looking (and smelling!) beautiful and happy. One of my dogs can be a little nervous but he absolutely loved his time with Jackie and was totally chilled out when I got him home. I cannot wait to take them to Paws & Relax again.

My chipoo usually goes to another groomer but she was unable to cut him due to busy schedule. However, this turned out to be a blessing as we took blue to Jackie who fit him in very quickly. He can be a bit nippy and shy but this is by far the best hair cut he has had thanks to Jackie. We will definitely be taking him back to her. Jackie mentioned his ears had been cut too short and to grow them down, he looks absolutely beautiful thanks to Jackie!!!! X

Our young dog Bella is very people shy due to covid, Jackie did her first cut, and was very gentle and made sure the dog was relaxed, she has been back for her second cut and looks great.

Took my dog for his first groom and was very nervous about leaving him but Jackie made me feel very comfortable and my dog was very fond of her. Absolutely great service and very happy with my fluffy clean boy. (Large dog breed)

Thank you to Paws and Relax for Rocky’s first haircut. We are over the moon with how he looks and can’t wait for our next appointment. This was the first time we had left our puppy and Jackie was very friendly and we knew he was in good hands.

My elderly poodle is the fussiest dog ever and has terrible separation anxiety so it’s always a worry when he goes to be groomed. To say I was thrilled is an understatement, he looked fantastic and was the happiest I’ve ever known him to be. He was calm and happy and looked just like a puppy again. I’ll definitely be using Paws & Relax for evermore. I cannot thank them enough, I’m one very happy lady, if the pooch is happy I’m happy. Thank you so much for the 5 star treatment my dog received 😁

Highly recommend 'Paws&Relax' as Newfoundland OllieBear had a very Relaxing time....all down to Jackie's lovely calming nature.
This our 1st visit, hence apprehensive leaving Ollie with a stranger was soon dissolved by calmness.
Paws&Relax has a wonderful set up with parking being off road, with easy access to the grooming room/salon & very plsed Ollie fitted in her amazing big bath!!
On return, completely WoWed by the transformation of Ollie, just stunning & well done to all Jackie's hard work.....we got exactly what was asked of & Ollie looked very happy too.
Will be booking in next week for sure with another big 🐻 woofer.

I took Cookie my Cockerpoo for a full groom at pawsandrelax, and I’m really pleased with the result.
Jac was very calm and patient with Cookie, he had his nails clipped, and his coat looks beautiful.
