Lovely store, lovely furniture. Plenty of choice at good prices. Sales assistant Rachel was first class, very patient, chatty & very knowledgeable.

Just bought a new sofa, completely painlessly, from the lovely Rachel at the Swansea store. Cannot recommend the service highly enough, the second time we have bought from this company and both times the furniture and service has been excellent. Looking forward to our delivery now!

I can not describe the high level of customer service my partner and I received at this store!
We were left to wander around the store for awhile before a lovely woman called Kay came over to ask if we needed any help.
We explained what we wanted and Kay managed to find what we wanted, but managed to also show us furniture better than we could imagine (which we obviously chose :-D).
As customers we didn't feel that they were helpful just to get a sale. It felt like Kay genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect furniture.

The store was tidy, warm and organized brilliantly. Each furniture was set up to allow you to easily imagine it in your property.

Our transaction went smoothly at first. However, items we asked for were not delivered. We rung up the store and Kay was a great help. We discovered that they weren't on the invoice and that was why they weren't delivered. Kay made sure that the furniture was ordered and arrived before Christmas. This was achieved, thanks to Kay caring about her customers and wanting us to have our furniture in time for our first Christmas in our new home.
Sadly, this was ruined by the delivery drivers, who stated they couldn't get the last item upstairs in our room and damaged the item while trying. They did not state that they damaged the item, simply just told us that they couldn't get it up the stairs and that we had 24 hours to try ourselves before we couldn't return it. Luckily, Super Kay was there to save the day. She helped us with her manager in order to get the situation resolved. As it was minor damage it has been arranged for a technician to fix the damage. This has yet to happen, so I am unable to review the professionalism of this service.

However. This was not the stores fault and we don't blame them. In fact, we are thankful for them, as they treated us with respect and they really wanted to help.

Excellent sales service from Kay who looked after me today and guided me through purchase of a sofa and other accessories for my living room. Kay made the whole event a pleasurable experience and her knowledge and expertise were much appreciated. Many thanks. Looking forward to the delivery.

I commented to the Manager how we both were impressed with the sale,not been harassed in any way,given time to look and discuss our choice, some sale staff are waiting to pounce as soon as you enter, l would recommend.

Could have bought so many items. Staff are friendly and helpful but not overbearing.

Was looking for a kitchen table, had what I wanted, had to stop looking around at all the other lovely furniture. So much to see. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
