Beautiful location and studio set up. Sarah was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. It was our first time doing reformer Pilates and she made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. She checked in on us regularly and made sure we got the best out of the session. I would definitely recommend this place.

WOW! What a fantastic class, this was my first time trying reformer Pilates at the Playground Studios. Walking through the doors you are just WOW’ed and transported to a reformer sanctuary. The aesthetics are simply stunning, the smell of essential oils and the welcoming smiles make you feel instantly relaxed and ready for whole body workout.

The mix of movements we went through were perfect and you could really feel the stretch and burn with the varied resistance. The length of time per exercise was great to really get into the movement and then feel the benefits.

Finishing with the jump board I thought this was a perfect finisher, raising the heart rate and definitely feeling a burn.

Sarah went through everything amazingly with demonstrations and constant engaging and reassurance of form.

This is a MUST TRY for a complete full body workout! As someone who uses weights in the gym I felt all my muscles being put to work and also very connected to the movements.

The overall experience was amazing and I just can’t wait to do another session.

Thank you Sarah for creating such a fabulous space with your knowledge, skill and expertise and enabling me to walk out of your class feeling the effects of all my muscles being worked (especially core) energised, and with a total mood boost! X

Reformer Pilates at Playground Studios was the loveliest experience in the most beautiful space. You can trust Sarah to coach a full class of students with mixed fitness ability yet still provide everyone with 121 care and feedback to maximise the experience. Everyone walked away smiling after making some new friends and high on endorphins from a great workout!

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Sarah recently on a special retreat at her gorgeous studios. From the first contact Sarah was warm and friendly and I really enjoyed the opportunity to bring my Gongs and instruments to her lovely space and play during the Reformer Pilates session, followed by a deeply relaxing candle lit Sound bath to finish off the retreat. Sarah was so conscientious throughout, from the food she lovingly prepared and offered to the participants to ensuring everyone's comfort and wellbeing, wanting only the very best experience. I highly recommend her classes and a visit to her studio, and hope we will collaborate again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I joined Sarah on her opening day for a free taster 30 minute session. The studio is a gorgeous space and Sarah was so lovely making sure we were all comfortable in what we were doing which was very helpful as an absolute beginner. I would highly recommend playground studios.

The most welcoming space. I had searched all over Worcestershire and Gloucestershire to find a reformer pilates class having tried a couple in London. I was so surprised by the beauty and serenity of this place. Sarah takes her time to explain the movements while building your confidence class by class. I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s truly changed my whole mindset towards working out and it’s now my favourite part of the week!
