Howe Keld Holiday Apartments

Very comfortable apartment everything in tip top condition and very clean. Every facility with drying room and washing machines. Excellent location near town and lake. Just across the road from the park which has a cafe, mini golf and pitch & putt, also a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the view. Angela the Housekeeper is on hand to help with any queries.

Stayed in appartment 2 for a week. Fantastic 1 bed ground floor appartment. Comfy king sized bed, beautiful bathroom, well stocked kitchen (we cooked most days) and comfy lounge. Very clean. Communal drying room downstairs was great and so was the communal laundry room as we had a baby with us. 1 parking spot available, it's tight to get in, but car is away from the road. Great location. 1 minute walk into central Keswick. The housekeeper, Angela, was really welcoming and no ask was too much.

Downsides? Not many! If we had to be picky, for those who wish to cook there isn't much space to store non-fridge items as all the cupboards are full of kitchen items. But we simply moved some bits around and made the space. We'll definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast with the current owners. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was consistently fantastic every morning and the location was wonderful. Our stay was in one of the rooms that overlooked the parks and what a wonderful place to spend the evenings. No complaints whatsoever.

Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfasts were great. Our hosts were wondeful.

There can be a bit of noise from other guests walking up the stairs but generally rooms are very quiet. Some rooms get a lot of light coming in from an unfortunately placed street lamp, but the shades mostly take care of it. Parking in the area is quite limited (there is a tight car park around the back) but vouchers are offered for the council park down the road.

WiFi is slow but usable.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay.
The owners are so nice and helpful and serve the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
The rooms were comfortable and roomy and we had great views over the hills.
Will deffinetely be returning

Far and away the best B&B we’ve stayed at in two trips to the U.K. The hosts are outstanding in their service and desire to please. The rooms are new, and the bathroom facilities are modern and clean. They also actually care about the Breakfast they provide. The food was excellent.

The owners were amazing! They even let us borrow a guide book to tour the lake area nearby and check in super late. Breakfast came with the room. The view was beautiful, and the rooms were absolutely adorable and really nice! I definitely recommend staying here!

A really lovely B&B. Extremely friendly owners who really go above and beyond. A breakfast which could rival any 5* hotel with huge choice and extremely fresh produce used. Beautiful rooms with great views. Just a lovely place to stay!

Everything about this place is excellent. Location couldn't be better and parking included. The view from our room was awesome. Breakfast was lovely. Hosts were fabulous. Can't get better in Keswick.

Stayed at Howe Keld for a couple of days. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The only downside is that I couldn't stay for longer.

Perfect little bed and breakfast. Bed was super comfortable, had a great night sleep, delicious breakfast, great location and fabulous cheery hosts. Definitely recommended!

Jerome and his staff are fantastic. The accomdations are really nice. Breakfast is included and the selection is extensive. LOcation is very close to town center.
