Extremely helpful staff, slotted our pooch in to have her coat cut around her eyes and face as it was getting a bit shaggy.
Normally a bit anxious, our dog was put at ease right away and groomed without any issues developing.

Buddy’s first Puppy Shampoo & Groom .
The young woman ( Laura/ Lorna) could not have been more enthusiastic or reassuring .
Given great advice as we wanted to keep his
lovely coat .
Returned at agreed time .
Buddy looking handsome , totally relaxed and just as we hoped .
Excellent service and will certainly use this Groom room in future .
