These guys are storming ’awesome! I needed an emergency tyre (old one split mid-trip). Not only did they have a great choice of tyres, they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too. And although clearly had a long list of bikes booked in to fix, they fitted the tyres tubeless there and then.

I recently bought a mountain bike so my daughter and I could do more trail and forest riding together. After various web searches I bought a Giant Talon 2 from the Giant website but was pleased to see that Offcamber had it in stock. I was able to collect next day after receiving an email saying my new bike was ready. I called ahead and the chap on the phone was very helpful regarding parking nearby. The shop is easy to find, loads of bikes on display and plenty of accessories and parts if you need them. The chap who served me was very helpful and encouraged me to get in touch once I'd ridden it a few times to bring it back for a quick once over. I have a lot of experience of bike mechanics but hydraulic brakes are a new innovation for me so I will take them up on their offer. Support your local bike shop - the likes of Wiggle and Chain Reaction won't adjust your noisy gears for you!

Super friendly and professional. Took my bike in for a job, they got back to me with a list of potential things that could be done. I then gave them a budget deadline and they prioritised the jobs and got as much done as they could...the bike felt brand new. Lots.of small tweeks and improvements, plus the job I actually went in for....VALUE FOR MONEY is HIGH it actually came in under budget.

They host weekly ride nights for both Road and OffRoad and a brilliant local bike event a couple of times a year.

What can I say, fantastic service, phoned them Saturday morning and bike was booked in for following Friday, asked if I could drop it off that afternoon as I work away all week, was told absolutely no problem, received a call on the Tuesday and to say the bike had been check and was given a breakdown of parts needed etc and would I like them to carry out the work, the bike was ready that afternoon ready for my wife to collect once she finished work, would highly recommend and will be using them again, very professional and extremely knowledgeable

The only con I can find is because they are so helpful it is now going to cost me a fortune when all the family bikes come up for replacement because there is only one place I will be going

Believe the 5 star reviews. My hand pump couldn't manage the pressure needed for my loaded bike on a coast to coast trip. They happily let me use their pump and then, at my request, advised on a suitable hand pump. They even looked after our bikes while we went to a cafe.

Forgot my shoes for a race and was an hour from home.
Stopped here more in hope than expectation.
Opened for me 10 mins early and helped me out with exactly what I needed, and fitted the pedals for me. All done in 20 minutes.
Makes me wish I lived in Blandford so that this was my LBS.

My pedal fell off during a cycle ride I popped into off amber bicycle shop and spoke to Julian. He immediately said not a problem and the guys in the workshop rethreaded my crank shaft and had me back on my bike within half an hour superb service excellent experience

Turned up with a dodgy rear mech and the lads sorted it out within an hour. Charged me a really fair price as well. Proper bike shop run by unpretentious cyclists. Warmly recommended.

I bought a Giant Reign SX 1 (2020) from Offcamber back in December and could not be happier with it. The shop staff are very friendly, professional, did me a great deal and had my bike ready to go for my first race in Janurary before I left the shop. During my latest race in March I managed to dent the rear rim and Offcamber had it fixed and ready to go in no time.

Exceptional service from the guys here, they saved my skin while out on a ride at the nearby Okeford Hill Bike Park and managed to fit me in for a replacement tyre and I was on my way again. Thanks again, really appreciate it!

I’ve been really impressed with this bike shop. They had a new bike in stock I wanted back in January. They are not pushy and are really nice guys.
They set it up for me and I have been really happy with my choice. Last week I had a free follow up service and they tweaked bits I mentioned, all for free.
Everything has been easy and they are really friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new bike/service.

Real top quality LBS. Had an emergency situation with my race bike and they were more than happy to let me come in, have a little tinker and get me back on the road very quickly. A great selection of quality stock on the shelves, competitively priced. Very friendly staff, a good workshop and all COVID safe and compliant. Highly recommended.
