My husband's and I and our Italian greyhound Luey were welcomed with open arms. Food was outstanding. We had jacket potatoes which were beautifully moist in the middle and crunchy on the outside with (a wide range of interesting fillings) and served with a fantastic and creative salad. We were expecting a light lunch and received a full meal. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We highly recommend this establishment. Our dog was so relaxed which is not like him.

Fantastic place we had the most wonderful experience. My wife had homemade quiche and I had jacket potato with apricot and walnut. Probably the best bacon, brie and cranberry toastie we've ever had. Portions, flavour and visually was incredible. Lovely, friendly staff and so clean.

A really lovely cozy place for lunch. Owner extremely welcoming and accommodating. Super menu for lunch, we loved it (Coronation chicken sandwich with great salad accompaniment) and proper loose leaf tea and gorgeous China cups. An absolute hit with us and the family. We'll be back!

Wow! I can honestly say this was the best experience of coffee and 🍰 ever.
Thick clotted cream on the side, dusting of icing sugar, cake knife and fork... beautiful cappacino.. fabulous !

This place is fabulous. Such friendly staff. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. No point going to any other cafe in Hereford, this has it all. Oh and super dog friendly.

Lovely cafe, excellent coffee & cake and very friendly hardworking staff. For me the icing on the cake (pardon the pun) is that they make my dog Jasper so very welcome. A pleasure to visit.

My partner and I went here for lunch and couldn’t have found somewhere better! A very cozy atmosphere with some excellent food and service. The food was top quality at an excellent price, and the staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk with. Couldn’t have hoped for a nicer independent business!

Was here on December 30th with my boyfriend for lunch. The food was lovely, especially the lemon drizzle cake I had. The staff were all really friendly and gave great service.

A wonderful little cafe. My mum and I happened upon this little place which looked inviting, so we popped in for breakfast. The staff were all genuine and lovely, and the little dog owned by one of the ladies was cheeky and his company much appreciated during our visit. The coffee was very good, as was our breakfast. Had our visit been a bit later we would have enjoyed a slice of cake also. If we lived closer we would be frequent visitors.

What an excellent little cafe, we popped in for a latte and breakfast bap each and there was a generous helping of bacon in both of our baps and the latte's were excellent too with the right amount of coffee to milk ratio. We will definitely be back sometime soon

Just dropped in by chance, 4 of us. Lady serving was lovely, as was the food. My wife and I had a baked potato and chicken salad. Couldn't have been improved, superb. Both our friends were equally impressed. Next visit to Hereford, we will be back. Thank you, all at number 10. And that's a sentence, I never thought I would write!

Changed hands a few months ago and is now called Polly's at No 10.
A charming and friendly café/restaurant. There are only a handful of tables downstairs, although it has now has one on the outside too. There is an upstairs, but I don't know what's up there - it could just be a WC.
Portion sizes are huge - I had a beautiful quiche, but it came with an equally beautiful salad, but unfortunately I couldn't eat it all because it was so large and I hate wasting food.
Polly herself is friendly and chatty. She offers a 'buy it forward' option, where you can overpay your bill and the excess pays for a homeless person to have a coffee, etc. It's a popular scheme on both sides, and they even buy in a particular brand of dog food for homeless dogs, which is nice.

Perfect! The best chocolate brownie ever and I have tried many over the years! Not just dog friendly, but welcoming, Asha was greeted with love! We will return, thank you 😊
