I had badly damaged a vintage 18ct gold ring and wasn't sure if it could be saved. I took it in to Celtic Gold Jewellers in Caerphilly, and they repaired it to an exceptional standard, also resizing it and replicating the pattern etched into the rest of the ring on the new piece of gold they'd added. They were friendly and helpful and had my ring ready in a couple of days. I'm absolutely delighted, thank you

I went in last week looking for an engagement ring - but I wanted advice around sizing due to eczema on my hands. I was shown a range of rings, talked about the benefits of different ring types and advised to size up and get a ring clip I can add/remove depending on my skin - which I really appreciated. We asked about payment options and collection. All round great, friendly and helpful service. Will 100% be visiting in future for cleans/repairs/further purchases.

I have recently visited Celtic gold to get my engagement ring fixed - years of wear and tear against my wedding band had caused it to become very thin and snap. I had to have a new shank to revive the ring. The job was done promptly and the result was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! My husband said it looked better than when he bought it. The service is friendly too!

I've used Celtic Gold for watch repairs recently and found the service, workmanship and price to be excellent.

The battery on my kinetic watch wasn't holding charge for long. I did the usual thing of looking online and found it to be £70+ from most places. I popped in to celtic gold as I was passing and they did the job for less than half that!

Sized my watch for me today, very polite on the phone, spent the time to get it the best fit, both very nice guys working there, very reasonable pricing

Best shop in Caerphilly. The boys are so friendly but their work is first class. Not only do they sell jewellery but they repair as well rather than sending off to a third party. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went in to give my engagement ring a bit of tlc. Incredible price for a good clean, polish and rhodium dip. They were not joking when they told me it would look better than the day my husband proposed. Very happy with the quick and friendly service and even more thrilled with the result. Just had one if not the best customer service experiences ever at this shop. Colin was so pleasant and very helpful. Looking for an enlargement done on a wedding ring popped in to see if he could do it. And within a Wetherspoons breakfast later all done and the ring looked like the day I had bought it. Fantastic job amazing service.

Amazing service from Neil at Celtic Gold today. I popped in to see if my engagement ring could be re sized and how long it would take. I was expecting it to be a couple of days but it was done within an hour. I was blown away by the quick turnaround and how amazing the ring looked when I picked it up, it was polished to perfection. I recently popped in with an issue to a piece that my wife loves to wear. It was right at closing time and I was not expecting to have the issue dealt with there and then.

The necklace was looked at and a repair was made to its catch with no fuss and without charge.

Very warm and knowledgeable staff. Took great care in restoring and repairing my dad's watch which now looks brand new and he loves it. Reasonably priced too but in this businesses you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, ring was previously made smaller by Celtic Gold. My error, it should have been made smaller. Just been to the store, ring has been re-sized today with no charge. Really friendly and relaxing staff would not hesitate to recommend visiting the store for repairs or to purchase an item.
