Great place with huge variety of sweatshirts and tshirts men’s and women’s. Great quality and large sizes if needed. Huge selection. Each time I visit I buy gifts to take home and the quality has not disappointed.

I saw a packet of imported cheetos in the window, which in EU countries you could pick up for around 2€, they only had one bag left in the window, the man working was very kind and fetched it out for me, he then charged me 8£ for it... it does seem maybe it was imported from the US, which is strange when its available in the EU, still a bit shocked I was charged so much for some cheetos. There were very few items priced, so it may have been the true value, or this tourist has been taken advantage off 🤷‍♀😅

TAKING ADVANTAGE OF TOURISTS! Do not trust this business! I bought one postcard of Oxford and one first class stamp. They charged me £3.99. I paid but then realised it was an extortionate price so questioned the cost. The man said the postcard was £3. It was just a simple picture postcard. I expressed surprise and he told me that it is the management that sets the prices. Then, another (male) customer came in with postcards in his hand and asked the price. The man behind the counter told him £1. When I queried this with the shopkeeper, he told me that it was £1 and the stamp was £2.99! Now, I know a first class stamp is only 95p, so demanded he gave me a refund of £2.99 for the stamp, which he did without question. Places like this give Oxford a bad name and it's certainly put me on my guard. RIP-OFF merchants - shame on you Oxford Gifts!

I purchased Oxford sweatshirts from this shop. Came home from England, wore my sweatshirt ONE time and the stitching started coming apart. I had purchased another as a gift as well. There is no store phone, only cellphones used by various clerks and the owner. I have my receipt and originally was told they would give me 1/2 off a new sweatshirt but would not replace the one I had unless I shipped it back to them from the US! That would cost more than the sweatshirt! They seemed nice at first so I thought I might as well buy some more as gifts if they would check them for defects first. It has been almost 2 months and all I get is the runaround on my international phone dime. The original person I was dealing with stopped responding and soon I found out he was no longer with the company. They don't use Paypal or any secure way of paying. The owner told me he was busy opening another store in London. I have had no response from him in 2 weeks-nothing. I have sent numerous text messages to all the phone numbers. I was kind at first, now I'm angry. Do not trust this business!

Bad experience. I expend 110£ in this store in Oxford hoodies I ask for 2 hoodies and the man at the store give me different color and size I want. He just put the hoodies inside the bag and don’t give me to check. After I drive to home and I live 3h from Oxford i realize the problem.
Shame

Instead of leaving myself to look around and see what I wanted to buy I felt the selling tactic was to try and get some money out of people were going up to them and pressure selling them products were still looking up and he was trying anyway to sell this coat of Oxford University on. Some of the gifts were very expensive and when you could go to another store instead of leaving myself to look around and see what I wanted to buy I felt the selling tack take was trying get some money out of people by going up them and selling them products which they were looking out and you are trying anyway to sell this coat of Oxford University on. Some of the gifts were very expensive and when you go to another store which would cost about 6 pound for the stuff I bought there and the bothersome hassle caused I won’t be returning.

Regret my purchase at this store
They did not give me the correct change and very overpriced hoodies for 30P
