Absolute amazing experience in store today. The Assistant Manager, Alex was very friendly and approachable. She helped us with no questions asked and provided lots of information about the product we were interested in. Absolutely incredible customer service. Couldn’t have been lovier. 10/10! 😀

Went in store to get my ring sized and it came back quick looking like new all shiny and sparkly , so chuffed to wear it again. Alex ,Stacey and Emma are always great .. recommend to anyone brill customer service and always helpful with anyone .. thank you girls!

Fantastic experience in the workington store today, Stacey Alex and Emma couldn't have done enough to help me chose a meaningful gift for my grand daughters 16th birthday. I didnt know the birthstone for the month and was extremely pleased with their knowledge and products offered. They really are a credit to your company, the friendliness and atmosphere in the workington shop is so relaxed and enjoyable. I will definitely be back to buy more gifts and will be letting all my family know that this is the place to come.

I went to see the staff at H Samuel in Workington because I’m getting married in June and the ring does not fit, I went in and was instantly welcomed by Alex and her colleagues all 3 were amazing, it wasn’t an issue at all Alex done everything for me and even told me about insurance for the ring which I didn’t know existed but I’m now happy I have peace of mind of any damages occur. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. A very lovely lady called Katie served me and got everything sorted for me. Needed the ring altered after purchasing and she couldn’t help enough and got it sent off for me and got everything sorted. Brilliant service.

I visited the Workington shop recently in search of a jewelry set as a present for a very special someone and I have no clue about jewelry:))
However thanks to Alex who looked after me that day, I left with an amazing set that made quite an impression.

The staff in this shop are absolutely amazing, every single one of them! I bought my fiancée's engagement ring from here and unfortunately we had to change it (nothing to do with the product mind, it was our choice) but the exchange was easy with help from Stacey and Alex. We are definitely coming back! We are looking for our wedding bands now and the staff here couldn't do enough to help get the right product for you, this really makes the difference for repeat custom. The staff here really make the difference to want to shop here again, they even make a fuss of the kids when we bring them to town, this makes it much easier to shop. 10/10 from us.

I rang the Workington store spoke to a lovely lady about a garmin lily watch, however she explained to me saying that Workington store did not have this product and it was out off stock on line, I was really disappointed about this,however EMMA in the Workington store took my phone number and said she would ring me back..Emma rang me back within minutes saying she had located a lily watch in another of your branches,I was totally shocked as to this lady took time out her day to search for me this watch...
After being 12mth cancer free my daughter bought me this watch to help me back into my fitness..
Emma is a credit to your team and needs recognition for her help and kindness...

The staff at the workington store are 5 stars they are so friendly and helpful especially stacey the store manager I had my engagement ring replaced and stacey couldn't have been more helpful she is a credit to your store,friendly,helpful and very professional nothing is too much trouble.
