Good beer at reasonable prices. Fantastic fish and chips; best in the West Midlands. Theo fish and chips for £12 every Friday. Good atmosphere and great service. A lovely log fire in the front bar.

We didnt stay but had a few drinks here. The lad behind the bar was very helpful and helped with the history of the church spire. Roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere.

We have been here twice in the last 2 days and it is one of the most warm, friendliest and welcoming places we have been to. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly and our dog was made really welcome too. The food is freshly cooked and absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back. Well done

Such a friendly welcome here that we ate the two evenings we were walking in Shropshire. The 2 steak mea for £25 with glass of wine Tuesday deal were cooked perfectly and great value. Give it a go a little gem.

Amazing food, great staff and very reasonably priced. My friend got a large baked potato and my thick sliced bread sandwhich - came with a slab of ham and English mustard was served on a wooden board. Both meals served with fresh salad and red cabage coleslaw. For just £1 extra I opted for the fries or could have chips instead. Lovely traditional pub with a cracking log fire. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Superb ambience, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Extremely accommodating considering it was a busy Sunday lunchtime and we hadn't booked a table. Added to this I am coeliac and following a keto diet. They were able to cater for my needs at short notice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to fellow coeliacs and will certainly be going again, however, a prior booking will be made in future. Further to this they have an exciting range of gins!

Took pot luck in the Kings Arms this weekend and very pleased to have found it 🤗 it’s not a foodie place but did great food if you get me.. cold cuts, pickles, salads, baked potatoes. Very chilled place, friendly service. Thanks for looking after us with a tiny baby 👶 :)

Attended a family wake there. A very busy hotel frequented by a lively crowd. Felt completely at ease with other members of the family. No accommodation could be offered as fully booked. Parking could sometimes present a problem.

Only used the pub but very good beer and service as always. Despite being a Sunday dinner menu, they did us meat baguette and gravy lunches which were tasty and just what was needed.
