It's quite handy from the railway station, only a few minutes walk.

Food is ok, but not outstanding. I will definitely be back.

Alcoholic drink prices are very high. A lot cheaper in the local pubs or the nearby Tesco Express!

Great location for the train station, room was very clean and comfy bed. The grab and go breakfast was great too as we had an early train. Will stay again

I am staying at this hotel on a weekly basis and find it really pleasant. The staff are lovely and really friendly. The rooms are very clean and the bed is really comfortable. The menu could be better but I always find something to eat or if you like McDonald's, there is one right next to the hotel. The buffet breakfast is also good with lots of choice. I'm very happy to be staying there each week.

This place is perfect if your visiting Crewe, less than a 5 minute walk from the station, rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, staff were lovely, great breakfast, easy parking, whats not to like! Recommended! 👏

It's a great place for a short stay. Everything is provided that is classed as a necessity. If you have forgotten any Hygiene product, you may be able to purchase it at the desk. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, should you wish to take advantage of.

Not impressed that the lift was not working yesterday or today.
I did get a call on Friday and agreed a change of room but it was so hard to climb the 18 stairs due to my health issues.

They are getting 5 stars for how helpful and friendly the staff are every time I visit. Recently left some important items at the hotel and Lauren on reception couldn't have been more helpful in getting them back to me. Clean hotel too walkable to the station.

The rooms facing the McDonalds parking lot can be somewhat noisy, but overall noise insulation is decent. Really comfortable bed, free wi-fi, very clean and nicely designed, even the bathroom. Didn't find any shortfalls respecting cleanliness, and Breakfast was also very good, both in terms of product quality and choice. It has a big car park, some of it covered in the back of the hotel, which is nice if it's raining. Decently priced as well.

There was a leaky sink in my reserved room but, the hotel had no double rooms left, so they bumped me up to a family room at no extra cost. The facilities including ironing and breakfast were helpful. And only 5 mins walk from Crewe Train Station 😀

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn at Crewe three times, one of those times with my family from Canada and the hotel was clean and comfortable with a very nice breakfast. Also the rates for the room verse very reasonable.

Only 2 things to improve the service: microwave for guests and Nutella & honey for breakfast.

My husband and grandson visited your hotel on 28th March 2014. They had a wonderful experience and would like to thank all staff who could not have been more helpful polite and charming. WELL DONE HOLIDAY INN.ITS NICE TO SEE IN THIS DAY AND AGE THERE ARE STILL STAFF WHO GO THE EXTRA MILE.

Great place to stay, maccies right on the door step. Good value and very nice rooms. Enjoyed my brief stay and got a good sleep. Recommended.

Fantastic place, a very basic room but the bed was huge and really comfortable, breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly, would definitely recommend you in future and would absolutely stay here again
