Pleasantly surprised after our visit on a Saturday lunch time. Staff extremely friendly , professional and helpful. Food cooked at good standards and quick, and it have also been greatly presented. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at the Orange Tree in Congleton, and it was an unforgettable experience. Dean, who looked after me and my guests, was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. He made sure that everything ran smoothly, from the timing of the food service to ensuring our comfort throughout the evening.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and elegant—perfect for a private celebration. For any ladies with a taste for refinement and a keen eye for detail, the Orange Tree is an ideal venue for a special occasion. Thank you, Dean, and the entire team, for making my birthday so memorable!

Went for Sunday lunch and was seated upstairs which is absolutely beautiful. The food was outstanding, service excellent, ambience perfect and all round fantastic. Highly recommend

An amazing place for food, with great service!
The food here was incredible, fresh, tasty delicious and reasonably priced. I personally had 3 small plates instead of a main and this was amazing as I could try a few dishes and I'm so glad I did. Dessert was smooth refreshing and light, just what you need at the end of a dinner. The waitress we had was on it! She knew everything that was going on, did everything so well and was very attentive with a smile on her face the whole time. The drinks were wonderful and so tasty , I can't wait to go back again! The only downside was the wait for food as it was over an hour before we got anything however the place was packed and we went on a Friday night so it was okay. So next time I'll try and book a different night but great to see the place packed and doing well

An absolutely gorgeous Sunday lunch with friends and my first time visiting The Orange Tree. Dean brought our table to life and the whole team were fabulous, keeping us topped up with drinks and the food was incredible, with lots of options but their Sunday roast was perfection! The decor is beautiful and sitting outside in the sunshine was glorious. Thanks very much!

We spoke to the waiter about the venue and he was very informative. He told us it used to be an old school, pub and now is owned by the Paragon group. We have attended other Paragon restaurants, but this is by far our favourite! The timing was perfect. Staff friendly, cheerful and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful evening! 🥇

Safe to say there was too much to choose from that sounded beyond delicious, so 2 out of 3 of us had the lunch special which was 4 small plates for £20, we had buttermilk chicken, teriyaki beef sushi, yum yums (which are a tempura fried sushi rice), sesame king prawn brioche, chimichuri fries, buffalo potato rostis and fried mozzarella balls, each dish had dipping sauces and all were to absolutely die for!!!! the 3rd person had the halloumi sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Certainly will be back 🥰🤤🤤🤤🤤

A brilliant experience was had at the Orange Tree today. The food was delicious and very well presented. The atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant is elegant and relaxed. The service was first class. We were met at the door by Dean who made us feel very welcome and relaxed and also made us laugh (a lot). We were served by Alex who was extremely attentive, nothing was too much trouble and he made some excellent recommendations from the menu, particularly the sea bass with linguine.

We had an amazing birthday meal! You can’t ever fault The Orange Tree, inclusive of a fantastic easy car park. The menu is diverse and always comes out hot, quick, and with such amazing quality.

Absolutely fantastic service and ambience, food was delicious the wine was gorgeous but what really made the night was the staff member Dean who was extremely attentive and charismatic. The barman was also great but we didn’t catch his name. Thanks so much for a great night.

Decor very glamour

A very pleasant dinning experience. We only moved to Congleton 3 weeks ago and yesterday was our 3rd visit. Everyone who has visited us have had the pleasure of the Orange Tree and not one has been disappointed..Fabulous restaurant we shall be back.

My partner her brother and his partner went for lunch here at 12:00. Fantastic smile and greeting as we arrived, and was promptly sat to our table on the second floor overlooking the car park and surrounding area.

The lovely girl who sat us also took our drinks order and was very quick, and I had nice cold lager in my hand within minutes of being sat down, perfect!!

The menu has some amazing food on it, and we were spoilt for choice. They are not doing there lunch menu during December but instead have a Christmas menu which again had some amazing food.

On to the food, none of us had a starter but my partner is abit picky (allergies, vegetarian) so she had opted for tempura cauliflower in a ginger and soy glaze, breaded camambert with a betroot salad, chimicherra and cheese fries. Which she thoroughly enjoyed! I myself went for Th BBQ Beef Rib with fries, BBQ sauce, and Cerleriac Coleslaw(amazing). I did hva e a tiny issue with it, which resulted in a hair, but explained to the awesome waiter, it doesn't bother me, I'll still eat it, just wanted to pre warn him just incase it happens again (being a chef myself, i understand how it feels). But still very much enjoyed my meal!!

My partners brother and his partner had a Chicken Ceaser salad, and the crispy chicken (we have all forgotten the other word in the title of this dish), they also had some camembert bites and brie bites. Both of them loved the food.

The service was fantastic, had a great and welcoming time. The waiter (may of been a manager) also took my meal of the bill completely, which I did not ask for or want, had every intention on paying for the meal, but they wouldn't take no for an answer.

I will 1000% be back, and will 100% recommend to family and friends.

Amazing!!!

We are big fans of Paragon Pubs & the Orange Tree is a great addition. This pub Restaurant has been transformed, not just in decor but the food was some of the best we’ve had recently. A very entertaining menu & the atmosphere on a Friday night was excellent. Dean was our service guy & as we were a rowdy foursome, he was first class in attending to our needs. A real character & he rounded things off great. Top marks from us. 👍

The food was stunning, I had the sushi starter (absolutely amazing flavours) and the slow roasted tomatoes, couscous, avocado, etc salad with sticky beef (see photo) . . . again, the flavours worked beautifully together. The only reason I marked down the atmosphere slightly was because we were in the conservatory with two very large families with lots of incredibly noisy children, their parents obviously didn't care about the other diners whilst they all ran about. At times, it felt more like a wacky warehouse. . . I'd definitely go back, though!

Lorena and her team were 5 star for hospitality.They made a massive effort as it was my birthday and I’m also gluten and dairy free.every member of staff were excellent and went out of their way to help.The food was outstanding.The place is designed absolutely lovely and had a great atmosphere.The cocktails were delicious!This is our new favourite place to be!100% a must to visit

Had lunch here and was very impressed but ate during the evening last Saturday and now even more impressed. The food is really delicious and the menu different and more interesting than the usual menus you get. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend
