Waterstones

Ordered a book online for click and collect. Really easy to do. The book was ready to be picked up within the hour. Went to the store and the staff friendly and quick to serve. Waterstones has always been a pleasure to visit.

Love Waterstones. Staff here at this one are lovely. Shoutout to the particularly kind team member with a Scottish accent who went above and beyond to help me locate “Novelist as a Vocation” (sorry I didn’t note your name!)

Lovely shop. Massive selection of books. Good children's section. Traffic to Nugent's shop can be a nightmare! You have been warned!

I love Waterstones. Yes you don't get the prices of Amazon or the cheap supermarket hardbacks but what you do get is a huge, curated selection of books with occasional deals.
..and you get to know you are supporting a bricks and mortar bookshop who also probably actually pay their tax bill 😁👍

This branch, in particular, so neatly organised, lots of space to observe whatever you need to check out. Manageress very helpful (& polite) to assist - certainly educated to deal with any queries.

I almost ordered a book I needed urgently (birthday present) from Amazon. Instead I thought I would check the stock at my local Waterstones. They had the book and so I used their free Click & Collect service.
I received text & email confirmations to tell me that my order was ready.
When I went into the store the two sales girls were friendly & polite. One of them even helped me choose a second book so I could take advantage of their multi-buy offer. Great service. Thank you.

If you are books lover must visit

Lovely bookshop, took my grandson in over half term, we read several books, theres a couple of chairs for Nanny, and a table and stools with colouring and drawing, its nice if your kids like stories, you can read as many as you like as long as your careful, as the books are for sale. We were in there about an hour, and made a purchase as we found a book he really enjoyed.

It is a nice place to shop. There is a lot of choice for books, very well stocked.

Any bookshop is reliant on helpfull, knowledgeable staff and the staff at Waterstones are always exclellent. A good bookshop to browse, I always come out with something I hadn't thought of going in.

Amazing place for those who get exited by books. Fantastic atmosphere Ideal to sample books. A seating area would be ideal. Team are always polite and friendly.
