We purchased a car and to be honest, the service received was unlike most other car dealers. Friendly and non pushy. Made a distance sale and had car delivered at a very reasonable cost. Yes there was a sight problem, which can happen. And though difficult to rectify quickly due to the distance we were from carmatched, Rupert didn’t let us down in getting things sorted locally. I fear, had we bought elsewhere, we would have been left on our own.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Kirsty and Rupert. We picked a car a month ago and there were a few hiccups along the way with the V5, which meant I had a longer wait than usual. Kirsty sorted me out a car to use whilst we waited. They both went above and beyond for us, the customer service was like no other. We will be back and we will also highly recommend them. Thank you both again for everything.

They assisted with my financing, securing me a great deal and the car was serviced beyond my expectations for trouble-free motoring. What a great find!! We spoke to Rupert, who invited us over to test drive the vehicle we liked the look of. Once test driven, we realised it wasn’t for us, so Rupert asked us some questions and found us a car that was perfectly suited to our needs! Just bought a cracking car from Rupert and his team. Travelled a long way to see the car and had to trust his word that the car was worth the trip. They both went above and beyond for myself and partner, they are so understanding, helpful, and made sure the car was right for us. They helped with making sure it was affordable for us as well as helping with finance. They were open, honest and very genuine people. Kirsty and Rupert were excellent. I passed my test on the 3rd July, I bought my car on 13th July. Kirsty was a delight to deal with, really put me at ease with everything which definitely helped as it was pretty daunting. I contacted carmatch late Saturday night and Rupert got back to me straight away gave me all the information on the car I was intrested in.i ask if I could come up and see it after travelling nearly 3 hours I was not disappointed and felt very welcome when I got there I brought the car within 20 minutes and drove it home not a single fault and a lovely smooth drive its was definitely worth the drive and I would do it again when I decide to upgrade. Brilliant service from Rupert and Autumn who are patient, extremely knowledgeable and unbiased and we never felt rushed or pressured. We were given as much time as we needed to test drive two cars within our budget and also time to leave the premises to discuss and make our decision. Once we had made our choice, they did everything to ensure we were happy with our purchase. They really are a great example of how a used car business should be and we certainly use them again.

Purchased my car last week, service was first class. We were picked up from the coach stop. The car is excellent and I am over the moon with it! The communication is fantastic. We bought our Astra from Carmatched just before Christmas. The service we very professional and yet relaxed with no pressure sales. I pointed out a couple of things that were all sorted before we collected the car the following week. After collecting the car we had a couple of minor issues. A quick phone call to Rupert and he got it 'sorted'. There was no questions just good old fashioned customer service. The garage have been first class and I highly recommend them. I have just picked up my lovely car from carmatched. I had an hour and half drive either way, when I arrived the car was perfectly clean and ready to go.
