Amazing experience in store yesterday with Umar, he was very helpful, he talked me through all the different sizes of cast iron pots and he gave good advices! I ended up picking a lovely volcanic pot, so so happy! Thank you for your help Umar!

I have just bought my first home and went into the store very excited to be able to start picking things for my new kitchen. Diane and Celeste were so helpful and informative and suggested things that I really needed! They took so much time with me and I never felt rushed, I will definitely be returning!

Haroon and Jag were amazing! They showed me the latest Riviera Collection mugs, as well as some 3ply chef’s dishes that I absolutely fell in love with. They also helped me pick out the colors, and that were amazing at coordinating the pieces together. They really know their stuff! I highly recommend checking out this location whether you’re on vacation like I’ve been, or a local. I will definitely be back to my local Le Creuset for more stuff when I get back home thanks to these guys! :))

My first time shopping at Le creuset! I used my gift voucher and one of the colleagues, I believe his name is Haroon was very helpful! Very patient and informative in regards to 3ply cookware and toughened non stick! So happy with my product!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I wasn't sure which type of grill I should buy and they explained the difference really well. I couldn't carry the item with me so I bought from the Le Creuset website but I wouldn't have done the order if it wasn't for the help I got in the shop. Thank you!

Saw a casserole dish for my daughter while visiting Windsor and didn't want to carry it on the train so they not only offered free delivery, but agreed to only send it so it would arrive when I got home 10 days later.

Tall indian / Pakistani guy worker so lovely and respectful! Both him and store a manager really helped out with my enquires! I normally don’t do reviews but this is the best le creuset store I’ve been too. Top class staff

Staff are so lovely. Never met staff who were so genuine and interested in their products! Following the government conditions of Covid-19 too. Definitely will be coming back.

Fantastic staff! Very helpful and great hospitality. Found exactly what I was looking for. My favourite item was the TNS roaster! Loved the music too, lovely atmosphere.

Went into this fantastic store and was greeted by a young man who's name i believe was Noman,
His mannerism and product knowledge was very impressive as my wife tends to ask alot of questions.
A pleasure to visit.
