Very friendly and helpful yesterday - they advised me not to buy the sandwiches as the fridges had been off all night. Lots of places would have just taken my money! Prices are very reasonable here too.

The place is big, good variety, however the friendliness could be better.

This used to be my local shop but I have stopped going here now. The reason being is because a crime happened to me close by and I asked them for help with the police report I made since I know that they would have recorded the person driving away with their security camera, and I don’t think that this was really asking for that much considering that I shopped there all the time. But the young man behind the counter just straight up lied to me and said that this was not the case when they checked the footage, even though I could see on the monitor in the shop they would definitely recorded something that would have been helpful. So now I feel as though this might have had something to do with the fact that I am autistic and not wanting to get involved at all since he could tell that I was different in some way. Which I why I refuse to shop there or give money to them anymore, because I just feel to judged and discriminated against now. Fortunately there is another place just across the road though to get things from, And hopefully it will close down at some point and get replaced with something better.

Untrustworthy! Unhelpful! Avoid!
Missing UPS package. Unfortunately the UPS app was not working when I dropped in my parcel and I trusted them to register it for UPS collection. There is no trace of it now and I am down £66.

Beyond rude I went to collect a parcel delivered through yodel as a click and collect. Was waiting in line when I got to the front the member of staff aggressively started shouting no mask no service bare in mind I explain I'm MEDICALLY exempt he started shouting get out get out at no point was anyone shouting at him. Confused why they feel its appropriate to talk to customers like that especially when they have followed zero covid regulation this whole time. So they refused to give me parcel and demanded I leave immediately, my parcel is still at the shop and I'm to scared to return due to the rage of the shop worker.

Do not even try to walk in this shop. Most of the items are expired for months. I got the item back and showed it to the staff, they wouldn’t even care, asked me to pick another item but most of them were expired.

This store Costcutter Main Avenue is ridiculous and Uber eats shouldn’t support them. Do NOT shop here! They processed the wrong order and don’t accept responsibility. Whilst requesting for my original order the guy rudely hung up on me and didn’t care about the issue.

Further more I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t be selling multi pack cans at a single can price and half empty cartons. I shall be reporting this to trading standards!

Do NOT waste your money here I’m sure there are other local stores that would appreciate your custom!
