Amazing service, I ordered a huge amount of postcrete and it weighed a absolute tonne. Stephen helped me load the car and was a gent throughout.

Andrew was very helpful in explaining that I'd ordered cutting disc specifically for a different grinder. The wrong one in fact for me. Saved me a trip coming back to exchange them.

Consistently great service from these guys & girl & the Horsepath Oxford Branch. Friendly & helpful & carried my purchase of a table saw to car & put it in the back.
Retail is a hard job standing all day so go easy on these guys if your waiting in line ( maybe Click & Collect your item to save time) .Better customer service than Screwfix round the corner!!!

I shop a lot with Tools Station. It is my main Station for my multiple daily journeys. I really like it, and the staff serving there. They gradually become like family to you, you cant start your day without their good morning and can't end the day without their good night. They all work tirelessly, self-denyingly, and always kindly. I think they deserve to be told we are grateful. Thank you Stephen, thank you Andrew, thank you Kevin, thank you Jake.
