Nottingham Forest Megastore

Had to return a Christmas present, no problem getting a refund even though it was bought online. Had a good look round while there, got a few bargains in the sale.
It was busy (early in the day 9.30 -10am) but not much of a queue to pay. (It's heaving on matchdays)
Shop nicely set out, clean & tidy with helpful staff.
Overall a pleasant experience.

What a online shop with unbelievable great delivery service and great e-mail contact. They reply normally on days within an frickin hour. Amazing.

The kits are just a pure joy to wear, especially without a main sponsor on the chest.

Went to the shop to get my granddaughter a new football shirt as the one she had for Christmas was ruined and this is why molly my granddaughter who is 23 years old and is disabled/special needs and she is sports mad she does everything hockey/tennis/cricket/gymnastics and of course her favourite football had a new shirt on January 8th molly was playing hockey at the hockey club on university boulevard and she had a cardiac arrest as it happened a volunteer who was a medical student saved her the ambulance was there within 3 min and she is now recovering in the city hospital I was overwhelmed by the gentleman who served me at the forest shop as he gave me a 50 per cent discount and when I took the shirt up to the hospital it really made her happy hopefully molly is on the mend and thanking all of the hospital staff on ward acute cardiac at the city hospital and also forest football shop for making a young special girl smile and happy

What more does a forest fan want i dont think the prices are bad either when we went it was busy but what friendly staff took time to speak and had smiles on their faces. Got a great lead and collar for my dogs brill everyone kitted out for the season even the dogs

We went on the day of the new strip release, staff were really helpful and in hand to advise about sizing. They are a credit to the shop and looked really smart in the training kit.
