I Always try to use this post office as I found the staff to be very helpful, my review is for a staff member who is called Shekhar, This guys is extremely knowledgeable and always very helpful and honest when explaining all my options whenever I needed anything posting..

Nice place in Ilford Exchange, where you can buy anything, necessary for writing and reading. And it is also a big post- office inside, which is open even during Bank Holidays! Good job!

I bought some storage boxes which was in sale for a good price. There was a good customer service by a black lady in the shop with a good customer service approach.

As usual they are a great store to visit and even if it just to look round and not buy. I usually get my comics there but there were no new ones today

Rectenly refurbished the shop. Now its more open . Things are not piled up. Good collection of book according to keystages. Expensive but worth visiting.
