I would like to praise your staff-member Nallathamby. He is always polite and pleasant, but today he was dealing with the most obnoxious customer who was standing in front of me. This rude individual was shouting at Nallathamby, accusing him of being discourteous and ranting about his consumer rights, ad nauseam. Nallathamby dealt with it professionally and remained calm and polite throughout. There was no cause for complaint on the part of the customer, he was obviously just an unpleasant person middle-aged man who, judging by his teenage attire, had perhaps just returned from a nightclub or something and was in a bad mood. Credit to Nallathamby for his professionalism and refusal to rise to the bait. He is a credit to your organisation.

The usual selection of food and drink from M&S. Expensive though as it's inside a BP Garage. With the current social distancing it's a bit tight to navigate as the aisles are a bit narrow. Staff on the way out were making derogatory comments about people being slow in store! We all need to shop so deal with it.

It's a garage. They sell fuel, and drinks and snacks in the shop like every garage. Cash machine is free to use, unlike some.

Decent selection for a BP

My wife used the store on Sunday afternoon and was seriously verbally abused by a non mask wearing foul mouth thug who refused to queue. I would like to thank the lady in the queue with her young daughter who informed my wife she had called the Police. The store manager also came out and asked if my wife was Ok as it was a frightening experience fo all plus the children also subjected to this thug and his vile behaviour. The store manager also said the thug has been in the store before. I believe Marks and Spencer should operate zero tolerance for such behaviour in all their stores and the individuals responsible tracked down and prosecuted and at the very least banned from using their shops.

If you have staff like Bernadette McNeilly working in ur store, what else to expect ?! Disgusting !!
