We are over the moon with our Gazco fire it really does add a fabulous feature to our newly extended living room. Installation was seamless and ordering over the phone was great even when our item was out of stock everything was done to make sure we were happy. Black Transit van YR67 YDP was driving atrociously round Larkfield, doing well over the 30mph speed limit over a roundabout and then proceeded to run a red light just before the M20- an accident waiting to happen.

Poor customer service, poor product, poor installation. Very expensive mistake.
