Dougalls Nisa Local

I went to this store yesterday to send a parcel via fedex I thought I could print the label in store but I never had the correct qr type, the lady in the store I think she may have been a manager was amazing she printed it in her office for me she made my day, such good customer service I left feel so pleased with the service received..

Excellent customer service 5* I would give it. I get my parcels from here and twice they have been incredibly helpful compared to other shops who were rude and couldnt wait to get you out the door. I would highly recommend this store and everyone is so polite and professional they care about their customers! Deserves more recognition would give it 10* if I could! love the store 👏

For the past year, Nisa Dougalls has been my go-to shopping destination. There isn't anything in the shop that I can't find. All the staffs are polite and super-friendly. Every other week, the shop comes up with new deals. Wish to recharge your gas or electricity? Don't need no other shop. When shopping online, don't know where to choose your collection center? Nisa is there for you. Wish you all the luck for serving the community for so long.

Everything you could need and then some. This place has been ran by the same family since I was at school 30 years ago. A nice bunch committed to serving the area. The new shop is spectacular for a local, and while some of the co-op products may seem a little expensive they are always of excellent quality and more of the money goes back to workers who produced the product.

I've been shopping here since 1999 when it was a small shop. Now bigger it suits my needs and happily still shop here instead of larger supermarkets. Friendly staff, good range of produce and good location. Only issue is the shop attracts too many whinging nobbers, it's a local shop ffs 🤣🤣

Nisa Dougalls is a great local store where I can always find what I need , with a vast range of groceries and very helpfull and friendly staff . It s open early in the morning and closes late at night so very handy for community.
