Polite staff

Good, local, little grocery store. Has everything you would need from a local store. The place is clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The ATM outside is not free cash withdraw, but the store clerks are glad to give you cash back when paying by card.

Use this store all the time - has everything you might need in a pinch. Do wish the alcohol fridges were working though! This has been ongoing for ages.

I regularly use this shop and find the staff very polite and helpful,they always seem busy and under pressure but cope with it well.

There is a post office in here i use

Probably the most obnoxious rude woman running the place I have ever encountered. Absolutely no manners at all. Told Me I was unable to purchase achohal before 8.00 a.m because it's her license regardless of the law. I didnt even ask why I couldn't she just shouted it at me across an empty shop. Obviously she has issues and shouldn't be in a job that requires people skills. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be confronted by foul mouthed staff

Most staff are rude as hell! The odd 1 or two are genuinely helpful. The staff look at you funny if you look a certain way. Refuse to help you when they are doing anything but their job.

The manager (short, glasses) is the rudest of them all. It’s a shame that this is my local shop. I’d rather walk the extra mile to get some decent costumer service than allow these people to put a dampen on my day

Most of the staff are pleasant but there is one lad that works in there, that I swear goes out of his way to be rude, never says please, thank you or anything of that sort. There is minimal stock at the best of times and it seems to keep being closed randomly. I realise we are going through tough times, but the local community support this shop, how about thecfavour being returned.

Staff are generally lazy & rude. Still the same from Safeways. Leave customers waiting at the till, whilst they hide out back. Unfriendly & I’ve been short changed more than once. Also, they’ve closed the shop on more than one occasion with no notice.

Some staff is nice but some are as lazy as you can get. Behaviour is led by shop manager that allows employees to close the post / till as they want and are rude as they please.
The manager should be sacked.

As a disabled person I chose to order from “mc Coll’s. my order came to £57.00. So by no means a cheep order!! When my order arrived, delivered by an Uber the whole order was damaged by milk leakage to the point there was half a pint of milk in the bottom of the bag. I was terribly upset and also angered at the condition of my delivery, I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes.
I contacted “mc Coll’s” by telephone to inform them of my order that had items missing and what I did recieve was spoilt by milk leakage. The items that didn’t arrive were expensive and I was told I hadn’t been charged for them, which was an obvious lie as they had taken the full amount out of my online banking. I was advised to contact Uber;- great!.....nothing like passing the buck.
So as of now I have contacted Uber;:- no reply as of yet. Which frankly is no surprise!
I am now without the items I ordered and out of pocket, this was my first and last time using the aforementioned store. My custom will not be received again.

Changed to Morrisons Daily but of the first 3 days only been open 1 day. Same old ‘come and go as we please’ attitude then. If your going to open a convenience store - needs to at least be open when it promises…
I imagine the store will remain as unreliable as it always is.

This is one of those places that quite lives up to it's 2.9 raiting. Employees close the shop whenever they want, talking for half an hour while there's a queue.

Staff is so rude.

This shop does not accept prepaid Parcelforce parcels altough sell themselves as Parcelforce partners. Unhelpful stuff.

Not good shop. I opened the fridge, I felt that the fridge was not cold at all and it smelled really horrible.
