Always a good shop for games, phones, etc

Store is ok, some of the items are not reasonably priced in all fairness. Selling part is 50/50 as you do it online one day and the next the prices change and feel cheated out.

I adore this shop. Once you get over the difference between what they pay for the games and what you pay for their games, its a great shop. Online features are immaculate as well. only problem is £1.95 delivery per item

Very knowledgeable staff that are attentive and helpful. They have a great range of games as is expected but what really impressed me was the range of DVD'S at incredible prices - Picked up Taken & Man On Fire for a combine price of 50p !

I bought a phone for one of my grand children, who uses it mainly for the internet and games with some communication on whatsapp. My daughter chose the phone as her knowledge is greater than mine, but the guy who served us was very knowledgable in his advice, we were all very happy with the shop and purchase.

I always visit the romford store for trades and buying games, I cannot fault the store or staff they always treat me well recently I went to get diablo 3 eternal collection but someone had given in reaper of souls, without hesitation i received a full refund (voucher) and the guys checked that ilford had a copy so off I went very happy customer

CeX is excellent if you have things that you'll never use again and you can build up your credit to buy something that you really want.
The Romford store is a decent size to browse everything easily. The staff seemed a little unhappy but that was probably because it was a sunny Sunday and I bet they'd rather be at the beach!

Staff are great and there's a good range of stuff in there, phones, games, DVDs, other electronics and accessories.
