Normally Urban Outfitters is a really intimidating environment that I avoid at all costs but I actually had a really pleasant experience. I bought some trousers for a job interview and the cashier was really conversational and kind, plus she was super helpful when I couldn’t find the changing rooms.
It may seem small, but a good staff interaction can really make or break a shop visit and this was one of those cases. Lovely vibes.

One of my favorites bother, because I discovered a backpack what I wanted so much, this shop is for people who want to wear an alternative garment on a cool place and not what the others, say an insider tip;)

When I visited it was quite empty which made it easier for me to find what I was looking for. The shop assistance was always very kind and helpful, you even say sympathetic. They also have a student discount of 10% which you can take claim of if you are in possession of a valid student ID. In contrast to other clothing lines I've visited before there is a much larger choice of men's ware; still not equal but better. In case you're getting exhausted of your shopping trip there is even a possibility for you to sit on multiple couches but I personally never felt the need to sit down due to the wonderful clothes I had before me.

Edit: I rated the store, not the company. I add this due to the many reviews I saw referring to the clothes's price which I think shouldn't be judged here but at the company's page.

Absolutely adore Urban Outfitters! I am 20 and working in a office and living it up on the weekend therefore my dress sense can be quiet complex however urban outfitters really nail my requirements!

I like their office wear and it lets me show my personality and younger vibe in the office whilst still being appropriate. Working for a large company can sometimes make it difficult to show flare however this shop really helps me find my style.

Furthermore, I think the mixture of branded and unbranded products within the store really helps people get what they need all in one place.

Recommendations; in some stores I would recommend partnering with some indie jewellery brands such as; Daniella Draper or big sellers on Etsy. It could even just be a pop up shop. You could trial this idea. The jewellery in store can often be a bit cheap and the packaging doesn’t help with this. However you buy in big brands for clothing and shoes and I’d be the first person to be interested in getting Jewellery from your store. It would be just another thing that would allow me not to roam around shopping centres. It would be great exposure for the jewellery stores and get for Urban Outfitters!

Cashier name James deserves a pay rise!! Today, I have received an outstanding customer service from James. Very kind, smiley and great manners. I wish everyone working in retail job was as nice as James is.

lovely store in Kensington High st. what i loved most was the eco range with restyled vintage pieces - really great unique pieces. Nice clean shop very well stocked.

I shopped here in my 20's and now in my 40's my daughter shops here. It's still got a real mix of funky and classic pieces to sort everyone.

Great service at the checkout. The guy stopped us and said this item was 20% off online but then he proceeded to order it for us and have it delivered to our home. Excellent service!

Price to quality ratio is 10/10

Brilliant shopping experience good quality clothes men and weman helpful staff and so much space to walk around

Lovely staff, helped me decided on what size top to buy and also went out back to look for a top they used to sell as I wanted to buy another size for my mum.

I've been looking for a clock made from an old bicycle wheel for years. Looks perfect in my lentil garden.

Very quiet but the staff was super helpful and very pleasant to chat to.

They have a nice collection of clothes and the people there are really nice
