Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a rug from them on the 14th December 2022 and still don't have the rug and it's now 29th Jan 2023. I paid via bank transfer as I was told they didn't have PayPal but hearing from other customers it appears they do.

I have been very patient and polite about the whole situation but that has got me no further forward.

After many messages I have had very limited communication from the company and I was eventually told the rug was sent on the 17th Jan but I still have received it. I was told it was going to be chased up but again I have heard nothing.

It's a real shame as the thos company sell some fantastic products at great prices. But sadly I thunk it's too good to be true.

Brought two pairs of breeches for £80 and never received them and just got constant excuses as to why they haven’t turned up. ‘Mums sending’ ‘mums sending it over’ ‘mums getting on to the account manager today’ etc etc. I’d avoid at all costs. Have asked for a refund so let’s see if I get it back…

Well I've been waiting over 2 weeks for confirmation of an order tried emailing tried calling many time with no response whatsoever one of the worst companies for customer service I've dealt with no idea whether or not christmas presents will turn up on time even though order first week of December

Dreadful - avoid at all costs. I ordered from them in early November. Payment taken but no goods recieved and no refund. I have emailed them 3 times without response I have been in touch with Citizens Advice and will be writing to the company as advised. Citizens advice have passed my complaint on to trading standards. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering

I ordered an item on 7th July which I did not receive. I contacted them and was told it was out of stock - though they had still taken my PayPal payment. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the item (though they didn't know when it would be in stock) or have a refund. I asked for the refund. That was July 27th. It is now 24th September and I still have not received the refund in spite of several emails, only one of which was replied to. On that occasion I was offered the refund if I gave my bank details. I stated that I had paid through PayPal and wanted the refund through PayPal. I am beginning to think the whole set up is a scam.

According to their website, they are very near to me (near Melton Mowbray) so if I don't get my money back in the next week, I will drive down and see if the business actually exists. If it does, I am intending to pursue this as a matter of principle. If it does not exist, I will be reporting them to the police for fraud.

I can absolutely ditto Hannahs review. I have just opened a paypal dispute for the exact same reasons. I ordered and paid for a very popular item only to eventually find out it was not in stock and was told it is impossible to predict when the next delivery would arrive. Nearly a month since my order was placed I politely requested a refund so i could purchase elsewhere, my emails have been ignored. Earlier i atrempted to track my purchase in an attempt to clarify the order status and the order number is no longer recognised. Very dissapointed with this company.

They have good items online and a good price. However, you will either not get your items or will be waiting along time.
I went off their Facebook reviews which were all good, so I went ahead and placed my order. When I ordered it didn't say they were not in stock, if it did then it was in the small print. Even just before paying it didn't say they weren't in stock or I was preordering items. The day after I saw a post saying they had a backlog of orders, so I messaged to confirm this and then asked how long the wait was but they couldn't tell me. Again no mention my items weren't even in stock. After around 10 days and no items arriving or any communication from them, I again messaged them on Facebook. They read my message and didn't reply. So I left it till the next day in case they were checking my order, but no reply the next day. Which is when I opened a dispute with PayPal, which got me an instant reply. This is when they told me my items were in Germany, and because of brexit there were delays. Fair enough, but this wasn't mentioned on their site or confirmation of my order. They couldn't give me a date for my order to arrive so I requested a refund but they wouldn't refund me until I closed the dispute which would be accepting I'm happy with the way they have dealt with it and then if they didn't refund me I wouldn't be able to open another dispute so no way to get my money back. Their reasoning because I get to keep the items, the items I have not even received so how could I keep them? Thankfully PayPal has gone in my favour and I will get my refund. Funny enough they have taken down their Facebook review option.
All could have been avoided if they did follow up emails and had better communication with their customers.

I am not someone to write reviews but I am so cross with this company! I sent back two items last month and still haven’t received a refund. I have rang daily, emailed, Facebook messaged, Instagram messaged and have had no response. Do NOT use this company they do not refund you or ever respond!

Sadly had to deal with this awful business. Please avoid, I had weeks of lies and was even sent fake tracking and then a fake refund screen shot! An absolutely scammer that is doing this to so many people. AVOID

I ordered three items and was told when they were dispatched that they should be delivered for Christmas. Then another email to inform me that one of the items was no longer available. It is now 11 January, and I have still not received my purchases, nor has there been any more information from the company. My experience of CE Equestrian has obviously been extremely poor.

I would give no stars if possible I placed an order almost 2 months ago now I've emailed I've called and even tried to contact them on Facebook and I still haven't had any replies from anyone and no updates on my tracking it's safe to say I will not be ordering from this company again and I'm currently in the process of opening a dispute to get my money back

Avoid. Terrible customer service, think the business is too big for the one person running it, had wrong item sent, emails ignored, was lied to repeatedly, only responded when I wrote on FB page.
