Very exspensive and unfortunately very hit and miss on the staff that serve you. Some are friendly enough and some not so much. I try and avoid it if I can

I have previously left a good review.
However I have now ran into problems with the cashier. They won't let you pay for your electric with card when you purchase other items.
They want you to spend money on their ATM outside. Avoid

They sell rubbish at unbelievably expensive prices. Well done . taking the Micky of the NHS and families visiting Watford General. My friend just had a pack of bacon. It was green. Maybe there learn how to operate a fridge. There's well done, not. Rank

Very rude owners.
For a small convenience store, you’d expect the customer service to be great to try to attract customers, but they have the worst customer service in the history of mankind. They will charge you for an item multiple times if you’re not careful & once you notice it, they will get rude to make it seem like it’s your fault they over charged you. I hope they close down.

Well over priced and uses the hospital for passing trade. Just don't if your visiting Watford general,the owners just wants your cash.Use Horwood Rd corner shop.

What bad customer service rang the shop to try and ask about an item that might have been lost at the store I rang 10 times and clarified about 5 times I am ringing about an item lost in your store to check if it’s still. Kept on cutting it off that’s really rude and bad service!!!
