We love visiting K9, the staff are so friendly and Bilbo is always treated like a celebrity!
It's such an amazing store to have in our town, we are able to get everything we need for our pooch and the dried treat market is absolutely adorable!

My little iris was a Bosnian street dog that we rescued. She was very ill and, even after her medical treatment, she wouldn’t eat. We decided to bring her to K9 for some advice. They recommend we try her on a mixture of raw food and kibble, they even weighed her and gave us measurements of food to get her up to a healthy weight. That was the first proper meal she ate in two months. She’s super happy and gets regular weigh ins at K9 and is finally at a healthy weight. A huge thank you to the team for your help ❤ I never see iris get as excited as when I tell her we’re going to K9!

We called into K9 for dietary advice for our 3 Border Terriers: 2 seniors and a 6 month puppy. The staff impressed us with their excellent level of product knowledge and dietary advice, as a result we switched all three dogs to a far better quality of kibble and raw meat option.
That was almost a year ago and we haven't regretted it. The dogs love meal times now and they also love visiting K9: the doggy deli section in particular

Fantastic place to go for dog food. Originally I was using tinned food but moved over to the frozen food and chunks of liver and kidney.
My dogs love it and I would highly recommend going here.
The staff are very friendly and will check stock for you.
The staff will help you with your dogs needs and you can even take dogs in with you

Great place to go, it’s dogs haven…including Raw food and treats. They have a wide selection from Beds to toys.

Went in today with a problem with the something we had brought and was sorted out straight away no problem, staff are always welcoming and happy to help, would not take the dogs any where else for their treats, toys and other bits 👌

Every time we go our 2 Corgis are welcomed and treated as if they were the ones paying lol. Seriously the staff are very friendly and knowledgable and always willing to help.

Wow what a amazing place we took our cocker spaniel puppy on his first outing and he loved it all the staff are amazing and so helpful and couldn't do enough for you they made our puppy right at home 5 stars all the way definitely going back keep up the good work ❤
