The BBQ Shop

We decided to buy a new Gas BBQ for the summer after we sold our old Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 after many, many years of use when we moved house. We firstly looked around online and compared various BBQ manufacturers, Whistler, Bull, Weber etc. but decided to stay with the Canadian Company Napoleon simply due to the great experiences we had in the past. We were initially looking to replace the 500 for another, but we decided to upgrade to the larger 665. I contacted various online companies per email after the first online Google search because we had various questions regarding connections, gas bottle sizes, Cart sizes etc.
The Gas Centre & The BBQ Shop was extremely quick to respond and suggested that they phone me and go through all my questions as it would be quicker, and they could answer any other additional queries we had. Spoke to a great guy called Matt who steered us through the various options and answered all our queries.
We contacted Matt several further times and he always answered quickly, politely and with great knowledge on the BBQ´s they where offering. We decided to buy the Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 with other additional items. The ordering process was easy, and the confirmation email came instantly. We were regularly updated about our order and the delivery date was agreed and held. The only downside was the delivery company as we were expecting a smaller Van which could have driven onto our drive so we could off-load onto the paving, but it was a large Lorry, so we struggled to push the hand-held pallet truck through the gravel.
Unpacking was a breeze, and the BBQ has been built-up and is waiting for the Summer to begin.
We cannot thank Mark and his team highly enough for steering us through this process. The BBQ Shop is a highly recommend supplier, great product knowledge, courteous and polite.....stress free shopping.

Just bought a big green egg from these guys. Incredible service, super friendly and went the extra mile to get it delivered in time for my birthday. Delivery boys were on time and eager to help and set everything up with a smile on their faces. Excellent service - my order of Big Green Egg products was delivered the very next day. Company has also opened a brand new Big Green Egg Showroom - it is excellent and well worth a visit! I also ordered a Cookery School Masterclass voucher for my husband - the Cookery School facility is planned to open up early 2024 - and look forward to many more tasty meals on my Big Green Egg!

The BBQ Centre has its own large car park behind it. Park and enter through the rear door to the sales desk at the back of the showroom.
Always friendly helpful and informative staff, and they are happy to carry gas bottles to and from your car!
+ They have a very wide range of BBQ's from various manufacturers for a wide range of budgets, plus all the accessories you could ever need!
They do Demonstrations as well! My only link to the business is as a happy customer!

Bought a Napoleon Rogue gas BBQ from here just before the first COVID lockdown. They assembled and delivered directly to our garden patio just in time. Been an absolute godsend! All the guys at The BBQ Shop are really friendly and helpful, and did a great job helping us choose the right BBQ for us. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this BBQ shop. Had the most difficult time finding someone to install an outdoor natural gas line in the UK (very common in Canada) and The BBQ Shop delivered. Michael was a genuine customer rep who assisted with the purchase of the Napoleon Prestige natural gas BBQ (an incredible range!) and then Roland (gas engineer) came over to install everything. Works like a charm and I continue to receive compliments from guests.

Special shout out to ROLAND! He came over to install the gas line in a rush, to prepare the grill ahead of my relatives visiting from Canada. Poor guy had 4 seasons in one day and persevered through the rain, sun, wind, blue skies, downpour, etc to install it in time for dinner. Incredible work, focus on safety, attention to aesthetics, and commitment to completing the task despite the weather on the day.

The team at BBQ shop know their stuff and are head & shoulders above other places where one would typically go to buy BBQ’s.

My other half and myself came all the way from Kent to come pick up a BBQ and got caught up in a 45 minute standstill on the M25 which would have caused us to arrive at closing time.

I called ahead to update The BBQ Shop that we’re running late and likely wouldn’t make it before they closed.

Fortunately the team said not to worry and to come and they would remain open for us so we could still pick our BBQ up regardless of the time.

Perhaps the nicest sales team I’ve ever spoken and more than helpful to help us pick the right items for our new BBQ.

Can safely say I will be coming back for all of my BBQ needs in the future.

The BBQ shop promptly addressed my inquiry about the missing Napoleon 365 panel from my delivery. Lianne from their helpdesk informed me that the American model is the only one that includes all 4 panels, despite the picture on their website displaying the American Model.

As a gesture of apology, the BBQ shop went above and beyond by sending me some incredible accessories. I must emphasize that the missing panel was not the BBQ shop's fault, but their exceptional generosity truly exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely amazing company. Seamless from start to finish, very professional and efficient. Dan who fitted our kitchen is an absolute credit to the company. Such a nice guy, felt like part of our family in the short time he was here. Nothing was too much trouble. His attention to detail is impeccable. We had a bespoke outdoor kitchen fitted and supplied. Absolutely brilliant service and advice! I spoke with Michael on the phone this morning at 11AM about two Napoleon Rogue models/sizes, then dropped into the store around 3PM to see them in the flesh (I went for the Napoleon bigger RSE625 - what a beautiful big BBQ!) - Anyway, I got home and the delivery team just arrived and dropped it off! All within 2 hours of being in the shop!Amazing experience, highly recommended and very friendly team.

My wife bought me an egg bbq from these guys for my birthday. She chose them due to one thing, their friendly can do attitude. They really know their stuff, Matt in particular. Helpful throughout and continue to be so with other teething questions I've had since its delivery ++++they don't oversell. Just give you what is right for you.

Helpful staff on the phone, quick response by email, competitively priced and even delivered my Thursday order to me by Saturday lunchtime! I had built it in time to grill that afternoon, thanks guys!

Matt was amazing to deal with. Very friendly and professional service. I had a small issue and they sorted it out immediately and without any fuss. They gave me all the advice I needed when I built my outdoor kitchen.
