I've been going to this shop for years and years the staff who own it now are very friendly and very helpful. It's a great family run business and I will always support the local shops 💯🙏 we all should support our local shops.

Good local shop for your bits and pieces, groceries and off licence.

I needed some sugar and milk before work. Online it said the store was open at 6.30am. So at 06.40 drove past and they were still closed. This happened before. Either stick to the opening times or change to 07.00am

These stores should really update their opening Times it's an inconvenience when Google maps says its open and then you show up only to find it closed its so annoying just update your time its not hard

Terrible service with a very rude woman who can't say please or thank you. And can barely speak English. Rude staff and dirty shop. Needs a good clean too. Would never go here again no matter how desperate I was .

Was warned when I moved here the people that work here like to short change you and the last 3 times I’ve been here they’ve short changed me, last time I visited the woman behind the counter was serving 2 kids about 8 years old they couldn’t count how much the sweets were they were trying to buy, woman said they could have 5 15p bags of sweets for the £1 and she didn’t give them any change. Rather drive 5 minutes away to a different shop than use this one.

Would not allow me to collect my own parcels despite one of them being Royal Mail. I provided ID and proof of address but they still refused.
I said I would involve the police for theft and o was rudely told to get out. I had cycled here at night, I was worried my bike would get stolen, it was cold yet I was not allowed to stay in the shop.
These are rude people that did not understand my accent, I am from Birmingham and felt uncomfortable in this shop. I will never go back.

1 star Not to say minus 5 stars! They're moors! The first time it's a mistake and we happen to make mistakes, the second one as well but it happened to me several times! My family and I avoid going to them are unpleasant, the place is dirty. Other than small business with family business. A shame!😡 If I see them go, I'm always very careful. Be careful and ask for receipts!
