I wanted to buy a specific colour of bath mat and couldn't find one but the sales assistant found the last one for me. I was delighted.

Staff very helpful and polite coffee great too. Large selection of goods. I will shop here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the collection points and very jolly too, store has gone down in standards they don't seem to stock a great deal of furniture anymore very poor indeed.

Few weeks ago, we visited here to buy a dining table and a sofa for our new flat. A good lady named Caroline gave us a really friendly service and she was kind enough to register me in to M&S Spark card during the payment process. Praise the Lord! as a result the whole payment was 100% free including the delivery charges! Big thank you! to Caroline for your kindness and paticently followed process that eventually benifits us more than 500GBP.
I went to M&S Home (Kingsditch Retail Park, Cheltenham) to buy these furnitures without knowing any of these discounts. Because I simply appriciate the product quality and the customer service they are delivering accross UK. From food to dinning and furniture to clothes it is amazing how M&S conducting a well balanced business which also give something back to their customers while focusing environmental sustainability.

Great staff and a super coffee shop upstairs! All home interiors - furniture, bedding, cushions, dining etc . M&S food just across the road!

Visited to check which sofa to buy on the m and s website, Karen (I think I remembered her name right) helped us and was absolutely fantastic. Not pushy at all, just wanted us to browse and find the best sofa for us, we left the shop very happy and ordered online as soon as we got home.

M&S Restaurant, located on the 1st floor of M&S Home. Serving great quality food as always. High standards of customer service, food fresh and tasty.

I love this shop! Mostly because of the Coffee Shop and the wonderful staff who run it!! They are great! I go there for some company as much as anything..As if you are on your own.its lovely to chat to the staff.Thank you everyone You all work jolly hard..x

I came here with my mum and gramp today I had a scone with Jam and cream it was absolutely delicious one of the best I have had. My mum had a bacon bap and she said it was lovely. The staff were lovely my gramp accidentally spilt his coffee and the lady that cleaned it was very polite and understanding. Thank you we will definitely be back again.

Car park outside for blue badge holders..very clean, tidy smart..love the coffee cake..

Took a trip to Cheltenham as we wanted to see a club chair plus new pillows so that we can sample before purchasing - glad we did as if we did it online we would have been sending the pillows back of our original chosing as it was quite thin, so we have now found a firmer pair of pillows x 2! As for club chair, the assistant help us with our enquiries as we wanted to know if the leg from the chair could be separated, and indeed it can! This is what we tried to find out online, but there was no information about this, hence the trip! Its a lovely store, clean and tidy, with sanitiser on entrance. Recommend!

Marks & Spencer may be more expensive than normal but the all round quality is first class
